At that time, nobody protested in the streets about Clinton trying to crown himself King or get Congressional approval, etc. Bush.v1 invaded Panama and toppled Noriega's Narco State without Congressional approval and Congress supported his actions. My point is there was a time when the left placed the best interests of American citizens ahead of trying to score petty political points. Now Team Blue is attempting to destroy the country from within. Idiots.

Learn to read, then read up on COTUS, CFR, statute.

Why are we giving away ACA credits when it would clearly be less expensive to create a medicaid premium program. I assume some states might already have such a program.
