Most social service programs (especially in sanctuary cities/states) are inundated with illegals receiving help...that tax money set aside to help disadvantaged citizens. Then add on top all the extra tax payer dollars going towards housing illegals (which could either be saved for budget shortfalls or at least used to benefit citizens)...it goes far beyond just medicaid and all that.

I'm not a big supporter of expansive safety net programs or funding but at least spend the money on people that LAWFULLY live here...money spent on people who came here illegally is slap in the taxpayer's face...

It's a catch 22. Do I want to see a pregnant women denied her Ultrasound due to immigration status - not really. OTOH, we're encouraging women to come here and get pre/post natal care and birth right citizenship. Then that child gets access to Healthcare, education, WIC, etc. If we had a balanced budget, minimal debt, minimal homelessness, etc, then I would say we can take on this burden. Knowing that this is additional deficit spending that my children will spend a lifetime repaying, I'm not a fan of policies that result in undocumented aliens receiving benefits.

Rob says "If it's being done legally, it's not a loophole" because he's Captain Obvious. Since everyone is calling it a loophole now I can be Captain Obvious.... THAT MEANS IT IS ILLEGAL.

The loophole is that all the treating facility has to do is list it as life threatening or whatever terminology they use for billing and we all get to pay for it with our tax dollars. But Rob hasn't seen it with his own eyes so it doesn't happen. But he wants to give me grief for not being able to convict a person of r@pe having not witnessed it. When it comes to defrauding the taxpayers or using our resources for illegals he will not trust anything anyone says about it but if a person gets r@ped then we need no evidence, just the persons accusation is enough for a life sentence conviction in his eyes.

Not necessarily. I think alot of people refer to legal things as loopholes; ie Trump takes advantage of income tax loopholes.

He never said SNAP & WIC are proof of Medicare benefits. He merely pointed out those benefits were also available to illegals since it was mentioned in the same source as the Medicare benefits.

How many times are you going to show us you don't understand that something that is legal does not become illegal simply because it is called a "loophole"?

I get that plus demands that I violate my company's policies, try to finesse my way around Federal Regulations and generally abuse my position of trust to prove I saw what I saw. For some reason that doesn't strike him as unreasonable. Talk about arrogance and entitlement.
