Speaking of databases, are you going to explain how you knew a Medicaid recipient at your hospital was actually an illegal immigrant?

Was it on their PPHP ID card?
Was it on their intake paperwork?
Did you have a suspicion, and do a background check?
Did you see their application for Medicaid that said "Illegal Immigrant", and later see them with an ID card and number issued?

So you are ignoring the words for what reason? (EMERGENCY MEDICAID)

Emergency Medical Assistance is not Medicaid eligibility. SNAP is not Medicaid eligibility. WIC is not Medicaid eligibility.

Not surprising considering some of the names on the list. The other issue is everybody then becomes guilty regardless of actual guilt.

It's not just EMERGENCY MEDICAID, for example Medicare is covering pre/post-natal care.

Most social service programs (especially in sanctuary cities/states) are inundated with illegals receiving help...that tax money set aside to help disadvantaged citizens. Then add on top all the extra tax payer dollars going towards housing illegals (which could either be saved for budget shortfalls or at least used to benefit citizens)...it goes far beyond just medicaid and all that.

I'm not a big supporter of expansive safety net programs or funding but at least spend the money on people that LAWFULLY live here...money spent on people who came here illegally is slap in the taxpayer's face...

The loophole is that all the treating facility has to do is list it as life threatening or whatever terminology they use for billing and we all get to pay for it with our tax dollars. But Rob hasn't seen it with his own eyes so it doesn't happen. But he wants to give me grief for not being able to convict a person of r@pe having not witnessed it. When it comes to defrauding the taxpayers or using our resources for illegals he will not trust anything anyone says about it but if a person gets r@ped then we need no evidence, just the persons accusation is enough for a life sentence conviction in his eyes.

Hmmmm, so when you exploit a tax loophole you are doing something "illegal"? Interesting.
Can you explain a little more about how doing something legal becomes illegal if someone names it a "loophole"?

For example, ICe is using a loophole to access license plate data through FLOCK by requesting it from local Law Enforcement, who then get it from FLOCK.
Flock is not allowed to release for immigration enforcement, but they can release to local law enforcement.

So since it's gotten because of a loophole, ICE is violating the law?
