I disagree. I think "they" like to conflate racial with racism. I don't know about the current mortgage lending landscape, but when I was in the industry, the black community was considered "under served." I'll tell you one thing about bankers, the only color they care about is green. Blacks were being "under served" because the were a greater credit risk not because a bunch of white bankers feel blacks are the inferior race.

Punching someone in the face is not a racist thing. It is a violent thing. For it to be racist it would have to have been done because the person is racist. Just being a black person and a white person involved does not make it racist.

OK. I'll reword it. You can't say ""that wasn't a violent action, because my punch isn't very strong" after punching someone in the face.

If you treat someone in a way that negatively impacts them and do so simply based on their race (skin color, ethnicity, etc), the you can't say it is not a racist act or that you are not racist.
By definition, doing racist things means you are a racist.

It is not necessary for you to treat every single person that way. If you do it to one, it is racism and you are racist.

Racism is held by those who would use it as a weapon to gain something from someone else.

It certainly can be.
And racism is used as a weapon to keep other people from gaining things, too.

Here... If I have 5 people working for me, an Indian (dot not feather), a black man, a Chinese woman and two white fellas and someone failed miserably at their job and it cost me a shit ton of money... I find out it was the Black guy. I fire his *** on the spot. Am I a racist?

But what if you are interviewing all five, and the Chinese is most qualified by a stretch, but you choose someone else because they are NOT Chinese? That's where the racism comes in.

Exactly my point. He was fired because he was shit at his job.

But what if you are interviewing all five, and the Chinese is most qualified by a stretch, but you choose someone else because they are NOT Chinese? That's where the racism comes in.

Then he would be a Democratic DEI hire.

Tell me what this is an example of. I want to see how your mind thinks.

We are going to party with about 6 hot women... there is a group of us guys... 5 of us and 1 black guy, his name is Daiquan. The rest of us are white guys. All of us guys decide that Daiquan is not coming with us and we tell him sorry, kick rocks. We carry on and have a crazy *** filled night with these 6 hot women.

How else these ambulance chasers like Al sharpton got their 6 figure speaking fees survive? I mean at one point he owed the IRS over $4M and you know if they came down on him he would scream a newborn piglet. Can’t forget when he went to the border claiming the patrol were whipping the illegal and got an reality check.

Unless you're the liberial media, in which case if a white person punches a black person, it's because the white person is racist. And if a black person punches a white person, it's because the white person did something racist.

They're shocked that he doesn't blame white folks for all ills of the world. Ironically, his guests are usually pretty privileged for people crying about how oppressed they are.
