Apparently you don't know what I am talking about. He was going to be deported no matter what. The only place we said we would not deport him to was El Salvador... Our bad... but he is gone and that was going to happen anyway.

If this is still the United States, it sure does:
War Power Resolution - Declares that it is the purpose of this Act to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgment of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of the Armed Forces of the United States in hostilities, or in situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities.

Requires that the President shall in every possible instance consult with Congress before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations where imminent involvement is clearly indicated by the circumstances.

"When possible, consult with". Do you pay attention to language when you read?

Did you not pay attention to the Constitution? Article 1 Sec 8 Clause 11 gives CONGRESS the power, not the president.

So despite a court order against it, it was going to "happen anyway"?
Is this just a gut feeling, or do you have some insider info about the defiance of a court order?

Where do you see anything that says a POTUS can authorize offensive strikes when we are not at war?
Where do you see that a POTUS can declare war?

It's been done since forever or at least my lifetime. As I said that's why I'm glad to see your consistency in slamming Biden, Obama and Clinton for the "offensive strikes" when weren't at war. Hopefully, AOC drafts up the impeachment papers soon.
