Remember when the right melted down over Biden looking at his watch during a service?

This is what Trump was doing when the bodies of fallen soldiers came back to the US.
Not a single complaint was made by Fox about it.

Interesting progressio

Something, something, US Constitution applies to all who are here, something, something, 4th Amendment, protected legal status, no probable cause.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials ADMITTED in a court filing on Monday to an “administrative error” in deporting him."
No probable cause, dude was here illegally. I love the left. Don't worry my liberal friends, you'll be back in office soon enough and can reopen the borders to one and all.

OK. so there was no declaration of war but we did an offensive strike.

Aside from COTUS indicating Congress and not POTUS declares war, aside from violating the UN charter, it violates the 1973 War Powers Resolution Act which requires Congress must authorize "the introduction of the United States armed forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances,".

We seem to be forgiving Trump of a whole lot of transgressions of statute, federal regulation, court orders, the COTUS.

If he is not going to be bound by any laws, then none of us should be.
You're just pulling stuff out your arse. But like I said at least you were equally critical of Biden, Obama & Clinton.

Oh? So the attorney representing the Government was just confused?
Maybe like the Trump **** hearings, you should step in and help the Trump Admin out. You seem to be a lot more knowledgeable about court cases than they are.

Dude was here legally: "Although Abrego Garcia was found removable, the immigration judge granted him withholding of removal to El Salvador in an order dated October 10,2019. Id"

"Department of Justice attorney Erez Reuveni, who represented the government in court on Friday, acknowledged there were issues with Mr Garcia's deportation. He said he was ''frustrated" by the lack of answers he was able to provide.
The government lawyer conceded that Mr Garcia "should not have been removed", according to CBS News, the BBC's US partner.
"There is no warrant for his arrest. There is no statement of probable cause," Judge Xinis said. "What is the actual document that got this process started?"
Mr Reuveni said he did "not have that order. It is not on the record".

Pulling what out my ***? The COTUS, the UN, or the 1973 War Act?

Where do you see anything that says a POTUS can authorize offensive strikes when we are not at war?
Where do you see that a POTUS can declare war?

Yes, to El Salvador. He was still getting deported to another place.

To THAT country. He was still going to be deported somewhere else.
Huh? Were we deporting him to El Salvador, then picking him up again and deporting him elsewhere on their behalf?
So... is the left crying about US Airstrikes in Yemen?
It was just a minor issue of killing a bunch of civvies in violation of the COTUS, UN Charter, and the 1973 War Powers Resolution Act.
Not that we have to worry about such things any more, right?

The deals was not to deport him to El Salvador. There was not a deal to not deport him elsewhere.

The 1973 War Powers Resolution Act is not valid for this situation.

"The deals"? They DID deport him to ElSalvador.
Do you know who we are talking about?
The 1973 War Powers Resolution Act is not valid for this situation.
If this is still the United States, it sure does:
War Power Resolution - Declares that it is the purpose of this Act to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgment of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of the Armed Forces of the United States in hostilities, or in situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities.

Requires that the President shall in every possible instance consult with Congress before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations where imminent involvement is clearly indicated by the circumstances.
