Now the POTUS has to get airstrikes approved by Congress, so Cory Booker can filibuster for 25 hours and the terrorist can get away. Get a clue.
Are we at war?
"The War Powers Resolution of 1973, which was introduced after former President Richard Nixon's secretive bombings of Cambodia, requires congressional authorization for "the introduction of the United States armed forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances," while Article I of the Constitution grants Congress the authority to declare war."

This was an offensive strike, not a defensive one. Since we are not at war, Congressional approval is required to declare war.

When did Congress approve a declaration of war?

The left will say anything to side with our enemies and destroy the country from within. Nevertheless, I'll credit you for consistency as we recall you ripping Sleepy Joe's attack on the Houthis.

That doesn't answer the questions.
Are we at war with them?
Was it a defensive strike, or offensive?
Does the POTUS get to declare war (hint: COTUS Article 1, Section 8)?

I'm not aware of the POTUS unilaterally declaring war. I am aware of numerous POTUS acting to protect American troops and interests including the last 2 democrat presidents. Hell, Clinton sent 400 cruise missiles into Iraq when they kicked out the UNSOM team. I'm sure you were against all those actions as well.

I don't think this is a good idea at all. It's bound to incite some whackos to firebomb logging operations, which would in turn ignite the very wildfires that Trump seeks to suppress.

Colorado law makers have hated this amendment ever since voters put in place. Basically it limits the State's ability to hang onto taxpayer money when they have a tax surplus, so taxpayers often get a refund from the State. I don't WTF taxpayers are thinking. Clearly those funds belong to the State to do with as they please, not the taxpayers. Hopefully, they can put an end to this awful law.

How does a US judge order the return of a El Salvadoran citizen from El Salvador to the US? That doesn't make any sense to me. Maryland seems really determined to get this guy back, so I think their best bet is it try and find some crime the could charge him with and see if they can get him back on an extradition order. The could drop the charges or something once they get him back in the country.

From what I read, it sounds like this attorney purposefully torpedoed the Govt's case. He just rolled over. Pretty simple, dude got deported because he's here illegally and a suspected gang member. Sadly dude was married to a US citizen, which would have allowed him to get a green card and pursue citizenship, but I don't see where he did so. Maybe that's how "normalized" be here illegally has become. Amazing on all counts.

Interesting progressio

Something, something, US Constitution applies to all who are here, something, something, 4th Amendment, protected legal status, no probable cause.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials ADMITTED in a court filing on Monday to an “administrative error” in deporting him."

OK. so there was no declaration of war but we did an offensive strike.

Aside from COTUS indicating Congress and not POTUS declares war, aside from violating the UN charter, it violates the 1973 War Powers Resolution Act which requires Congress must authorize "the introduction of the United States armed forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances,".

We seem to be forgiving Trump of a whole lot of transgressions of statute, federal regulation, court orders, the COTUS.

If he is not going to be bound by any laws, then none of us should be.

Seriously, is this guy the biggest idiot to exist?
