For Trump's voters, if the cost of tariffs is a .1% increase in inflation, we're going to call that a massive win. The funny thing is IIRC Trump said, one time, that prices would drop day one when he took office. And much like Mexico paying for the wall, nobody really believed it, but it gives the left a narrative to hammer on.

Seriously, I want you guys to keep hammering on it for ~7 more years. Honestly, I don't want the DNC platform and messaging to change one bit. Trump/Conservatives/Populists are Nazis, Racists, bigots, misogynists, brain washed, uneducated. Trump taking office is the second coming of "The Hands Maid Tale." Trump & Co are committing ***** genocide. Ending the war in Ukraine is really extortion. I'm not sure what you guys are calling the inroads Trump has made in the Middle East - Palestinian Genocide? Border security and "mass deportation" I assume falls under the racist category. Going after the cartels is probably racist too. And last but not least, any and everything Trump does is unconstitutional. Please keep it up, I think that's a winning formula.

You think the effects of the tariffs have set in? Ooof. Hate to be the bearer of bad news. Not that it matters. One thing that has been abundantly clear is that the most hardcore shills can find a way to justify the constant lying and double talk.

Being a proponent of Ukraine joining NATO hasn't worked out all that well has it? Trump is siding with the guy that can most quickly bring this war to an end. One of the big advantages of being a superpower is you get away with shyt like unprovoked aggression toward other nations. Trump is merely choosing to embrace that reality, where as the left, Zelensky and the idiots in Western Europe choose to whine and be butthurt because reality hurts their feeling.

Who said we're allies with Russia now? The left just keeps making shyt up. How about putting together a political platform instead? We hate Trump because he's all the bad things has failed miserably.

Trump is siding with the guy that he's had a man crush on since his first term. Trump loves dictators because that's what he wants to be. Comrade Trump. Putin's sidekick.

Here's the funny thing about the left. They can so easily see that tariffs will get passed though to the consumer, but for some reason, they don't think that would apply to higher corporate taxes or taxing the rich. Interesting lens they view the world through.

Tariffs are an extra cost. When costs go up, so do prices. This is elementary stuff. You really don't need even basic economic understanding to have common sense.

Not sure what point you are trying to make with the corporate tax add-on here. Are you trying to say that lowering corporate taxes is going to cause them to lower prices? Yeah.....because that's happened every other time taxes have been cut. Just desperate to make excuses for Donald Dump and the impending disaster he's going to cause.

If DOGE is finding fraud, over spending, financial abuse in the billions and billions of dollars and it is being handled by Trump/Elon to stop this waste, why do you lefties think they have to cut stuff like medicare or ss like you hysterics keep claiming?
