You're talking about unauthorized access. Seems to me these guys have authorization from the POTUS. They need passwords to access these databases, which they clearly have. Somebody has given them authorization, so can we please drop that pretense. I'm going to guess they know how to lock their computers when they walk away.

You are definitely confused as to the legal power a POTUS has. laws are not arbitrary, even to a POTUS.
A president does not make laws. A president does not interpret law. A president does not have the authority to arbitrarily and capriciously allow someone to break a law.

I think you are confused. We aren't arguing laws or if the president makes them. The president is the secretary of HHS's boss. Maybe it's your mentality that you think you are the boss but if my boss gives me access to anything then I have access. Again,cry somewhere else. It's done and you aren't man enough to attempt to bring Trump up on charges so just go cry in a corner.

You might want to read the Constitution again before you claim I am wrong.

So Trump got a US teacher convicted of Marijuana possession/smuggling released from Russia without coughing up an arms dealer in return. It's telling that you refuse to answer to the three simple situations i presented to you, and asked if they were HIPAA violations or not.

Sorry, but even the "highest office in the country" doesn't have the legal authority to make laws, interpret laws, order others to break the law. Check the COTUS if you think I am incorrect. It's a pretty good resource.

This does beg the question, if POTUS can't authorize some minons to review the books, then who can? Can anybody review the books? Are the books closed to the Executive Branch?
Additionally, since we have unauthorized people logging into gov't systems, why hasn't the IT Dept killed their access? I've seen sign-ons killed with a click of button.

The things the libs ask us to believe. So when Elon's nerds access the DOD servers, am I to believe the DOD can't shut that shyt down???

FFS, a judge already had to pause an attempt to fire workers, as it violates their contract and the offer isn't even legal.

So tell me: Who in Musk's crew is a CPA with forensic analysis training?
How many of these CPA's does he have? How many PEOPLE does he have?
How much analysis did they do in two weeks to be able to reach a conclusion of how many jobs they will cut, what funding to what programs will be cut, what funding cannot be legally cut without congressional approval?

Do you think Musk has some magical capability to audit dozens of billions of dollars in funding, grants, contracts, etc, in just a few days?
I'd wager good money that Trump has more CPAs handing the accounting for his "$6 billion" than Musk has on the DOGE team, auditing $71 billion.
