Yes, I know this. They work for the government. Musk does not. he was never hired, never appointed, never vetted, never given security clearance.
Teump "said"? Trump also "thought" classified documents into a declassified status.
Trump said that foreign companies pay US import tariffs.
Trump said that he would bring grocery prices down.
Trump said COVID-19 would disappear by April of 2020, "like a miracle"
And 30,000 other lies.
Without proof, I don't believe ANYHTING Trump "said".

Any you are still supporting this nonsense, yet I guarantee without enough conviction to even post your name here.

The funding of Politico and the BBC is your biggest concern, when Musk is performing his own coup attempt, with the help of his Vice President Trump?
Who the **** elected Musk? Was it you?
Who the **** is HE to "call for the impeachment" of ANYONE?

He should be cuffed and tossed in a cell for violating Federal Law, and Trump should, too.

I guess you CAN buy a president, with the right amount of money:

Trump hired Musk. Musk isn't attempting a coup, Trump isn’t attempting either, the right isn't a bunch of fascist nazis, the conservatives aren't committing genocide against the ***** community, etc, etc, etc. It's really time for the left to retire those talking points.

Lastly, I highly doubt Elon & Co are harvesting my data but I can see that they are going the ledger and following the money. And that has the left in a tizzy. What will become of the world if we don't use taxpayer money to export woke/,***** ideology??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I want to know what RobGMN is so worried about with Trump and Musk. What negative impact is going to come from holding the government accountable for its spending.
What will happen to Guatemala if we don't fund ***** comics for them? There is no two ways about it, what was uncovered at USAID is total BS, but the left wants it to continue. 🤡🤡🤡

You're too stupid to see the irony that what Musk is doing is not legal. It's a violation of HIPPA, and multiple other laws.
It's actually fraud that they illegally accessed the Treasury Department's central payment system. They do not have the legal right to see that info, even if Trump wants to claim they are "special government employees".

So you advocate that they commit fraud to look for "overspenders"? Interesting.
Meanwhile, you accuse me of "creating fraud" in order to prosecute people who aren't guilty?
Interesting.
And libelous and slanderous.
When did Musk violate Hippa?

So you are familiar with HIPAA, HITECH, The Privacy Act of 1974, ECPA, ITADA, ECPA.
And yet, you have no problem with Musk and his cronies violating those laws.

Let me ask you: WHY should Express Scripts be (and have been) required to adhere to these laws, when they apparently do not matter? Or do they only matter when it's convenient, but are irrelevant when His Highness Musk and Viceroy Trump say they are irrelevant?

Since it's OK for Musk to break those laws, does that mean ANYONE can now break them with impunity?
Because that's the precedence being set.
I dox you and release all your personal data to the web. No repercussion. Privacy is irrelevant.
Right?
I'm sorry, is this an interrogation? Do I need a lawyer?

Is there any evidence to back any of they following claims against Musk/DOGE:

1) That this an attempted coup?

1b) Assuming it is an attempted coup, wouldn't the looney left prefer the guy responsible for making electric cars a reality to bad Orange Man.

2) Is there any evidence that DOGE employees don't have or need security clearance?

3) is there any evidence DOGE/Elon is stealing personal data?

4) Is there any evidence that DOGE is violating HIPPA?

5) Is there any evidence that Musk & Co have violated any of the laws they are accused of violating? To put this question in perspective, I own a car, but that doesn't mean I'm violating emissions laws & traffic laws. IOW, the ability to violate a law isn't evidence that a law has been violated.

"They are following the money". Which one of him or the crew are CPAs trained in forensic analysis of the flow of money through the Treasury payment systems?

Once again with the obsession of peoples' personal ****** identity. Why does that have you in such a tizzy?
Is there something going on that someone's ****** identity is causing you personal pain, and that is why it is now one of your main focus points of how Trump is going to "fix" America?

When did Musk violate Hippa?
The mere fact that they have given themselves access to the data while they were not hired, appointed, contracted, working for an affiliated provider, etc, is a violation of the Act, along with multiple other laws I mentioned.

A foreign entity did it once, and it became an international incident.
Just because he became a citizen in 2004 and gave Trump shitload of money, doesn't mean he can assign himself and his nerdsquad the authority to do whatever they want with this data. And that starts with having access to it.
"Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr, R-N.C., declared, “Our response to these attacks can no longer simply be notifying people after their personal information has been stolen. We must start to prevent these breaches in the first place.”

FFS, I can't even use my own PC to do my job, but they're walking in the door and plugging their own hardware into the Treasury System's network?
Any idea what kind of risk that could entail?

I'm sorry, is this an interrogation? Do I need a lawyer?
Cute way to avoid the facts.

Why would you need a lawyer? Apparently, privacy laws don't mean shit under Trump.
In fact, NO laws seem to matter. I bet if you went and stormed the Capitol building, he'd pardon you as long as you assaulted a Democrat and not a Republican, in the process.

Probably appoint you to a committee of some sort. Give you a medal.

1) That this an attempted coup?
It lacks the violence (in the physical sense), but the people who are being let go, locked out of their jobs for trying to prevent unauthorized access to data, suddenly stuck overseas as their jobs go into limbo, etc, etc, probably feel like a violence has been perpetrated upon them.

"On Feb. 2, two security officials for the U.S. Agency for International Development resisted granting a DOGE team access to sensitive financial and personnel systems until their identities and clearances were verified in accordance with federal requirements. Instead, the officials were threatened with arrest and placed on administrative leave, and DOGE’s team gained access."

Kind of like a cop pulling over another cop for drunk driving, and then the sober cop gets arrested and placed on leave. For doing his job.

1b) Assuming it is an attempted coup, wouldn't the looney left prefer the guy responsible for making electric cars a reality to bad Orange Man.
It seems the retarded right is the group in favor of overthrows of power.
Attack the Capitol and they will cheer you, defend your actions, pardon you for your crimes.
2) Is there any evidence that DOGE employees don't have or need security clearance?
They haven't even been hired. An outside agency doesn't grant itself security clearance to government systems.
3) is there any evidence DOGE/Elon is stealing personal data?
Mere unauthorized access to it is a violation of many of the laws I named.
4) Is there any evidence that DOGE is violating HIPPA?
Mere unauthorized access to it is a violation of many of the laws I named. If ANY of the many standards of the law are violated, then they are violating HIPAA.
5) Is there any evidence that Musk & Co have violated any of the laws they are accused of violating? To put this question in perspective, I own a car, but that doesn't mean I'm violating emissions laws & traffic laws. IOW, the ability to violate a law isn't evidence that a law has been violated.
Yes. Mere unauthorized access is a violation.
Your car example is a good one. You leave the bar and realize a block away that you are too drink to drive. You pull off the road to sleep it off.
You start your car to keep warm. You can now be hit with DUI.

If your car is deemed not roadworthy due to emissions problems, that car is not legally roadworthy even if you are not driving it. Right?

Now. let's jump to HIPAA. Simply failing to train the people who access these systems about HIPAA rules is a violation. How many have had HIPAA training by the department they assumed control of?
Who gave them the training if they haven't been hired, appointed, contracted, commissioned, etc, by the department they assumed control of?
HIPAA training for a hospital I worked for doesn't satisfy HIPAA training for the government agency I don't officially work for.

Also HIPAA: I leave my computer unlocked in a place where the public can access it. HIPAA (and MANY others) violation.
Someone sits at my computer and starts using it. HIPAA (and many others) violation.

But it's all good b/c Musk builds electric cars that the conservatives hate since they don't use antiquated fossil fuels, right?
