Let me ask you: WHY should Express Scripts be (and have been) required to adhere to these laws, when they apparently do not matter? Or do they only matter when it's convenient, but are irrelevant when His Highness Musk and Viceroy Trump say they are irrelevant?

Since it's OK for Musk to break those laws, does that mean ANYONE can now break them with impunity?

Why would the USPS and other agencies have been "scrambling to comply" with tariffs on small packages that arrived in the US? The USPS and other agencies can't bill a foreign entity for import tariffs on good shipped here.
