Ok so as the title says I'm looking for a double din radio that is really good with sound quality. Right now I have the Jenson car 1013 and I'm not a fan of it had it for a few months and I wanna change it out. I have some left over money from vacation and looking to buy one. I would like it if it had andriod auto wireless but other then that feature I don't really care. Only want one that has good sound quality.

My experience has led me to the Kenwood Excelon REference line after years of Pioneer PRS ilk. But they are in the $900+ range.

One other unit I auditioned for SQ (and that my grandson purchased for his car) was the Sony XAV-AX4000. Excellent sounding unit and highly recommended.

You can get them new from $499, used from $299, very good sounding unit. Android Auto and Apple Car Play, LDAC for streaming lossless hi-res, rear camera ready, nice piece of equipment.

I'm a Pioneer fan. I have owned just about every major name brand double din within the past few years. My favorite one is the Pioneer. Easiest to learn to use and comes with a lot of options to add to it.

I'm not a brand nuthugger but I always look for hi-voltage preouts with individual speaker levels + an adjustable crossover section featuring frequencies and slopes. 2way or fully active is a plus imho and screw the up and down buttons for volume. When I want to turn the knob for volume something familiar to use better be there.
Pioneer Hu's come to mind. I'm not a deck guy. Any signal is enough, I'll do the rest

has Iphone/Android control but not Apple Carplay/Android Auto which pretty much mirrors your phone apps on the display. This one doesn't do that
