Are you that naive that you think the bank sends an appraiser to take pictures of the building, and then determine the value of it for a hundred million dollar loan?
Do you think a bank appraiser just calls the IRS and says "Give me the financials on Trump Plaza so I can decide on a loan"? Do you think they have the ability to valuate his private business without him providing the business info?
No, they have to rely on business documentation provided by the Trump organization. And the documentation provided was fraudulent.
Here's the bank who did it, and who had an officer testify to WHY:
"Trump’s statements of financial condition were key to his approval for a $125 million loan in 2011 for his Doral, Florida, golf resort and a $107 million loan in 2012 for his Chicago hotel and condo skyscraper, former Deutsche Bank risk management officer Nicholas Haigh testified."

Yeah they probably do "call the IRS." I used to order tax transcripts from the IRS all the time. It's too easy to provide a false tax return given today's technology. Banks are kinda smart and require documents that can't be "fictional." Ie they'll look at bank statements to determine cash flow vs having the borrower provide a cash flow statement, etc.

So when they pay a CEO $2 million to increase donations to a charity by $6 million, they haven't gotten more donations? They only spent money on a CEO?
Or when a company spends $50 million on upgraded delivery vehicles to reduce fuel expenses by $85 million, they have only spent money, not saved any?
Buying a $100 Costco membership to get an average 20% discount on your groceries and $.10 off every gallon of gas all year long is not saving money?
WalMart spending the money on self-checkouts in order to reduce labor costs is not saving money? They did it to spend MORE?

IIRC, there is accommodations for press - something Trump wouldn't have to deal with on his personal plane. That said I don't think Air Trump has air warfare counter measures.

So, you're saying that in order to be "forced" to do something, that means you would have to be pinned down? Then answer me this, by your definition of "being forced," how are women losing their rights to have an abortion? How are they being forced to go full-term? Show me evidence where these women are being held captive and tied down so they can't get an abortion.

Tru Dat!!! IIRC, (part of) Rob's job is to force people to repay ill gotten gov't funds. How many NFL teams were forced into the 2 minute offense this weekend? The prosecution was forced to drop the 2nd degree manslaughter charges against Daniel Penny a few days ago. I was forced to attend two meetings today.

I posted the definition of Force and it clearly doesn't require physical threat or restraint. For example, I am forced to clean up the leaves in the front yard this weekend by societal norms, etiquette, etc.
