Current events discussion

Biden has pretty much lied since entering the government 😂 unless you think the corn pop story is true or that he graduated in the top of his class🤣🤣🤣

Not saying other politicians haven't but a spade is a spade
He's a politician, so lying comes with the territory. But 90s Joe was a moderate dem who used to work across the aisle with moderate republicans to actually get things done.

This is where I think having it at a state level is best. Each of the extremes can have it their way. This is where they need present the law they wish their state to have, and vote on it. States already for people into lifestyles that some love and some hate. If you don't like it, you can move. On a federal level, it's not so easy to escape it. Some people just flat out get sick thinking of someone having an abortion, and some people barely care if the baby is aborted even after birth. The only even ground there is, is to let the states decide.
We'll just have to agree to disagree on that one.

Yes, REGISTERED. Tell me, what is YOUR dataset for determining the quantity of voters per party other than those who are registered to a party?
Do you call everyone of voting age in the country and ask them their political leanings? Do you personally decide what the numbers COULD be, and consider that to be the actual number? Do you take a poll at work and consider that to be the "true" dataset? Do you poll every farmer, and then decide the majority of the country is republican?

Other than the number of people registered to a party, how do YOU determine the number of Democrats vs. the number of Republicans?

That person would be Trump, since he fits the description, and he is the "best" the party could come up with.

I attribute it to a false sense of security and complacency. The studies are also saying a whole bunch of people in a specific group didn't vote, but I haven't seen that verified yet.

I'm afraid it was decided in court. So it's not a "false accusation". You know that whole "innocent until proved guilty" thing? Yeah. It was proved.
30,000 DOCUMENTED lies during his 4-year term. That's pathological, as in "extreme in a way that is not normal or that shows an illness or mental problem."
Compile a list of 1/100 of that amount of lies for Biden, and share it here. Then, we can compare notes.
Racist: Yeah, he had to settle a suit for denying people the ability to rent properties based on the color of their skin. Housing discrimination. He was also fined $200,000 by the NJ Casino Commission for not allowing black employees on the casino floor while he was there.
The epitome of racism.

Did you not know ANY of these things about Trump?
Look them up and learn.
Show me the "squirrel" in the FACTS above.

You mean like the Repubs telling a woman what she can or cannot do with her own body?
Or telling people that their non-Catholic children must read the Bible to be indoctrinated in public school?
Yeah, no "meddling" there. Just good Catholic values, right? 🙄

No. I was denying that Buck DIED and came back to life. Flatlining is not dying. Flatlining means your heart stops. It happens all the time, by illness, by accident, by medical intent, and they get restarted. It's literally commonplace to the point of most large spaces (office buildings, stores, malls) having an AED on each floor for the inevitable heart attack victim, and they do it in surgeries every day.

"Dead" means your brain has ceased all electrical activity. There is no coming back from that one. Buck stated he died and was brought back to life, I believe following some interstellar trip he took (though I may be conflating some of his many fantasies).
I called bullshit on the "rising from the dead" story.
Buck has explained what he experienced, I still don't see any reason to claim it is anything other what he claims it was.

There should not be a Federal or state-level law regarding what a woman should or should not do with her body.
Enact a law that says a man cannot do what he wants with his own body.
Hell, outlaw Viagra. Grab some popcorn and watch the war.
You mean like the fact that men have to register for selective service and be subject to going to war should the need arise. Ultimately, I cannot do things with my body that harms others, but when we tell women they are restricted from harming others, they get lose their minds.

Only a partisan hack cares about those numbers...because they mean nothing...party identification doesn't limit voter choice and there's no way to factually prove how a person voted outside their say so 😂
My guess is there are lots of indies & dems that didn't bother to change their registration for the election. I know personally, I was a registered Repub long after I left the party, then I was a registered Libertarian long after I left the LP.

PALM BEACH, FL — In his most impactful promise yet in the lead-up to being inaugurated in January, President-elect Donald Trump announced an ambitious plan to annex the nation of Canada and rename it "Gay North Dakota."
Following a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at Mar-a-Lago, Trump worked with his inner circle to devise the plan to have the U.S. absorb Canada as the 51st state of the union while changing its name to something that better describes its people and culture.
"It'll be a wonderful addition to our country, Gay North Dakota," Trump told reporters when revealing the plan. "It's large. Very large. A lot of trees and moose there, they tell me. We knew we would need to give it another name so everyone would know it's part of the United States. We thought about ‘Gay California,' but Canada is too cold and California is already Gay California. So we picked ‘Gay North Dakota.' It's just like North Dakota, only much larger and very, very gay. We're going to love our new state, aren't we, folks?"

I think that's fairly common for either party honestly

Rob is a genuine hater. Some people hate a few things, Rob just fuels himself on pretending to intellectually stand on others. I understand why people wouldn't understand, but see how hateful he is about it? That's what we don't like about him, at least me.

Now on to something infinitely more relevant than Rob:

I'm not sure the two equate. Registering for selective service is not a guarantee they will have to serve, nor telling them that they MUST allow the enemy to harm them if the occasion arises (or that they MUST kill an enemy if the opportunity arises).
Telling a woman she can not have an abortion is pretty much a guarantee she will be carrying that ***** for a length of time up ~36 weeks.

Let's say that weirdness of "men having babies" comes to fruition. What if a guy kills a pregnant woman, but the ***** is viable. Would it be an acceptable law to transplant and force HIM to carry to term?
Sure, it's ridiculous science fiction, but so was a heart transplant, face transplant, test-tube babies.

But let's be more realistic: New virus causes males to get some condition that causes a large but benign growth on the body. It is physically very off-putting, and starts affecting a sizable portion of the population.
Do you think there would be any outcry if they outlawed corrective surgery (maybe due to cost to insurance, or high risk of mortality, or because a religious group demands).

Let's go a step further into reality and absolute possibility: A male family member (or even you) ends up on life support from illness or accident. You are alert and communicative, but maybe just by blinking a single eyelid. You can't breathe on your own, will never be ambulatory again, but will live for decades with life support and care.

Now, pass a law that makes it illegal only for males to have life support withdrawn by their own free will.
Let's honestly discuss the ramifications of any of those possible laws, from currently ridiculous to absolutely possible.

You post the same shit over and over
Now THAT is comically ironic. Laugh of the day.
Can you share the terminator gif or the Nazi IBM flyer yet again? Maybe claim yet again that the COVID vax is deadly and has killed all of us, but we just don't know it?

I glanced at your "Technocracy" post. When I saw this, I realized the value of the rest:
"Attention has already been called to the fact that the human body is composed chemically of the ordinary substances of which rocks are made. So are dogs, horses and pigs. In an earlier lesson, while discussing the ‘human engine,’ we pointed out that the human body obeys identically the same laws of energy transformation as a steam engine. This also is true of dogs, horses and pigs"

"Pretending to intellectually stand on others"?
Weren't YOU the guy claiming to be better than all of us because of the "thousands of hours" you spend studying a variety of fantasy and thinking it's reality?

When you think Tucker Carlson or pretty much anything from ZeroHedge is relevant.
Tucker Carlson - The guy who thinks demons are responsible for the invention of nuclear weapons, and who wants to be spanked by Trump?
“When Dad gets home, you know what he says? ‘You’ve been a bad girl. You’ve been a bad little girl, and you’re getting a vigorous spanking right now.’”
HAHAHAHAHAHA

Telling a woman she can not have an abortion is pretty much a guarantee she will be carrying that ***** for a length of time up ~36 weeks.
And who's forcing women to get pregnant? Don't try using **** as your example because that's a negligible percentage of abortions

I only believe I am correct when I have the proofs, facts, evidence, to back it up.

Your inflated ego, extreme narcissism, and self-entitlement has you thinking that simply because you BELIEVE something, it must be fact.
Witness you still defending your dumbass claim that nerves do not have bones in them, even going so far as to claim you learned it in your "extensive" studies of anatomy to earn a 2-year degree in Biology, and claiming that your famous doctor told you it was true.
Here we go again with your I'm rubber you're glue comebacks and your continued lying. I will also stand by the fact that nerves do not have bones in them. I never claimed that nerves do not have bones in them and that a 2-year degree from extensive anatomy studies proves it. I will say, this is one of your bigger mistakes Rob.
Beyond laughable, and utterly embarrassing. But you'll CONTINUE to defend it as a fact.
Yes, you are laughable every time you post you're comebacks and the lies you post with them. You can't do anything right secretary man.
And you still cry that the lies are "alleged" despite the fact that you have never been able to show that even ONE of them was not a lie.
They are alleged. The left is alleging that Trump lied over 30K times. It's an allegation. You can post all the falsely interpreted statements you want, that doesn't make them lies. I also did present you with one and proved it wasn't a lie but rather an opinion of Trump's wife by Trump. But you keep on truckin' secretary man.
You STILL can't admit that Trump lies about what a tariff even IS, despite the law that shows what it is being offered as proof.
Still? As if this is something ongoing with me. Not once has anyone said I needed to admit Trump doesn't know what a tariff is. In fact, nobody can. I don't know what he thinks is the definition of a tariff? Try again secretary man.
****, you still can't even admit who is going to pay the tariff on that $888 bike I'm importing from China.
For like the 5th time. The actual importer.
Yeah, I'll defend Biden pardoning Hunter, as long as the right defends Trump pardoning Kushner, and 236 other people, while Biden pardoned only 26.
Rules for thee but not for me, indeed. Biden should pardon another 210 people just to match what Trump did. And the right should shut the **** up about it, unless they want to complain about Trump doing the same thing.
I see... you are one of those guys. "Why do they get to have ice cream but I don't"? So because Trump did something you think the left gets to do it too. Talk about entitled and demanding participation trophies. You really are pathetic.
It sure is going to change. You're going to see that he is flat out lying to you, and you believe it. And then you will find some way to defend him and say they weren't lies because of "alternative facts" or "alternative definitions" that exist nowhere but in your head.
The same way you defend Biden and Harris and all their unethical, immoral and unconstitutional actions and behaviors. You know, like killing 13 Americans when they pulled out of Afghanistan. Who did Sleepy Joe and Kumonya Harris apologize to? I guess they are "unburdened by what has been".
