Hey guys i have a question about what car radio i should go with. Is there any difference between the brands I should look for. And I will have two amplifiers going to it. Please let me know If I need to write more to get my point across, or if that was coherent.

If you are asking about brand, the reliable ones are Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Stinger, and Jensen. There are others but I believe they are no longer making radios (Eclipse, Panasonic).
What do you want in a radio?
BT, CD, SD card slot, HDMI input, Android/Apple connect, screen sharing, Navigation, camera input, and last but not least, satellite radio.

I have a 2013 f150 fx4 with the 5.0 coyote, that's my make and model. I will be running 2 skar zvx-12's off a SKv2-3500.1d amplifier. As well as two sets of the SPX-65C 6.5 and come with tweeters. That is ran off a RP-150.4AB 1000 watt. And as for what I want with the stereo, I want touch screen with apple CarPlay, and Bluetooth. As far as anything else you think I should go for money is not an issue so please recommend anything!

I like the Pioneer. I have personally used Pioneer, Kenwood EXcelon, Alpine, and JVC. I liked the Pioneer the most. The Alpine is next, but is not as user friendly.
