Interesting that Trump is claiming immunity. One, it strikes me as crazy to suggest that the POTUS is immune from crimes committed in an attempt to overturn an election. Two, if he didn't try to overturn the election, then rather than claiming immunity, would the correct claim be "not guilty?"

To say not guilty is to say there was a crime committed as the other outcome would be guilty. Immunity does not admit there was a crime.
