Post history says otherwise. Which means you are lying now or were lying in the past.I don't follow anything Trump does so I am not familiar.

Really? Those are the only two options in Rob's mind. You are probably right. I would never read something then go do some research and then respond. Nope, not even an option in Rob's mind.Post history says otherwise. Which means you are lying now or were lying in the past.
Not dodging it at all. I even directly mentioned that you are discussing the way you'd like things to be, but we are talking about what actually happened, what the law is, etc.
"I understand you think law gets applied based on whether you are “on board” or not, but that’s not how it works."
And yes, the court decisions are made based on law, not on how the judge feels that day. If they make a decision with no law to back it up, the decision would be overturned pretty darn quickly (as has happened in the past).
They TRIED to overturn that SCOTUS decision and it didn't happen.
I don't think the quote said ALL. it said a "large proportion".
And I get it that you know people who know a lot of people, but that's one of those hearsay things. It's kind of like the voter fraud thing where everyone knows someone who knows someone who did it, but no on ever knows the person directly.
Or the welfare story we've heard several times here: Someone knows someone who knows someone who is scamming the system. (And anyone who knows someone directly complains, but refuses to take action).
But your Vegas story kind of corroborates the idea that NYC's problem originates elsewhere, and they are getting stuck wiht the bill, so to speak.
Have you reported this girl to anyone?
The injunction was based on the fact that the separated families were being denied the right to due process as protected by the 5th Amendment. And yes, illegals are protected by the COTUS when they are on US soil. The rights are HUMAN rights, not US CITIZEN rights.Ok I’m back, had a busy weekend lol. There is no question that courts most certainly can be biased. You really think if family separation hit the Supreme Court today they would block it? You agree with scotus ruling on abortion? My point exactly. It wasn’t blocked from the liberal judge cause a person was arrested and separated from their children. It was blocked due to the kids getting lost in the system and the parents getting out and not being able to find them. If ruling it’s illegal to arrest a parent cause it separates them from their children, then I think they need to start doing that with American citizens first. I’ve read all of these ruling and nothing says it’s illegal. Doing it purposely solely to separate may be but the trick is you cross illegally you broke the law. A black woman who was in jail and had to give birth while in prison mentions exactly this. Trump freed her via the first step act.
So she gets a pass b/c you bang her? OK. Then I guess there are tens of thousands of free passes out there, b/c most everyone is going to have some reason for giving someone a pass. Family members, friends, etc.No I didn’t turn that girl in cause I actually bang the chick from time to time. Just being honest here. I also wouldn’t do it cause I warned her all about it before she even got here and didn’t want to listen. She will learn the lesson on her own when she gets deported.
I won;t speak for mayor Adams, but it seems like they are willing to be a migrant city for the migrants who land there from their own country, not for ones who land in Texas and then get shipped to NY by Texas. You don’t have to believe my story, I don’t blame you but I’m sure by now you have seen the clip of mayor adams going off about the $12 billion deficit cause of these illegals in NY and his entire “we are sanctuary city” went right out the window now. His own words “the migrant crisis will destroy NYC” and is ripping Biden for it. I have no issue with people coming here from other countries. No issue with them doing it legally of course. What I have an issue with is those who choose to come here illegally and my tax money being used to take care of them. Before this entire “border shit show” illegal immigration cost the USA $350 billion a year. You divide that evenly to all the tax payers and that is over $2000 each just going to that. It’s gotta be even higher now. I’d rather keep my $2000 and donate that money to something of my choice. Wasting it on people breaking the law and not respecting our country is a kick in the nuts.
Yes. Welcome to logic.Really? Those are the only two options in Rob's mind. You are probably right. I would never read something then go do some research and then respond. Nope, not even an option in Rob's mind.
I would totally agree that if a person after being arrested is then released awaiting their day in court, they of course would go back to be with their family as they await. I’m not saying they should be detained until their court date but the issue that happened is their kids got lost in the system which made it a big a problem. The injunction was based on the fact that the separated families were being denied the right to due process as protected by the 5th Amendment. And yes, illegals are protected by the COTUS when they are on US soil. The rights are HUMAN rights, not US CITIZEN rights.
"If the federal government seeks to deprive a person of a protected life, liberty, or property interest, the Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause requires that the government first provide certain procedural protections.3 Procedural due process often requires the government to provide a person with notice and an opportunity for a hearing before such a deprivation."
Yes, they can arrest the illegals, but they can't imprison people while they await trial unless there are exigent circumstances.
Perhaps it's a liberal thing, but that's the COTUS. If we don't like it, then we must change it. We can't just pick and choose what we want to follow or ignore.
So she gets a pass b/c you bang her? OK. Then I guess there are tens of thousands of free passes out there, b/c most everyone is going to have some reason for giving someone a pass. Family members, friends, etc.
Sorry, but if you can reduce the problem and choose not to, you are are part of the problem.
Before someone says "What difference does one person make?", save your breath. It's a dumb argument.
I won;t speak for mayor Adams, but it seems like they are willing to be a migrant city for the migrants who land there from their own country, not for ones who land in Texas and then get shipped to NY by Texas.
NY is willing to deal with their own issue; I'm not sure why people are upset they don't want to take care of Texas' issue too. Maybe Texas should just turn their statehood over and let the NY legislature run Texas?
Yeah, I will go with mine jackass.Yes. Welcome to logic.
You have commented on Trump's actions in the past. You now say you don't follow anything he does. That leaves two options:
1. You were lying in the past in commenting on his actions.
2. You are lying now, claiming you know nothing of his actions.
So, which one is it?
Yep. Choose beliefs over facts.Yeah, I will go with mine jackass.
