Not dodging it at all. I even directly mentioned that you are discussing the way you'd like things to be, but we are talking about what actually happened, what the law is, etc.

And yes, the court decisions are made based on law, not on how the judge feels that day. If they make a decision with no law to back it up, the decision would be overturned pretty darn quickly (as has happened in the past).
They TRIED to overturn that SCOTUS decision and it didn't happen.

Ok I’m back, had a busy weekend lol. There is no question that courts most certainly can be biased. You really think if family separation hit the Supreme Court today they would block it ? You agree with scotus ruling on abortion? My point exactly. It wasn’t blocked from the liberal judge cause a person was arrested and separated from their children. It was blocked due to the kids getting lost in the system and the parents getting out and not being able to find them. If ruling it’s illegal to arrest a parent cause it separates them from their children, then I think they need to start doing that with American citizens first. I’ve read all of these ruling and nothing says it’s illegal. Doing it purposely solely to separate may be but the trick is you cross illegally you broke the law. A black woman who was in jail and had to give birth while in prison mentions exactly this. Trump freed her via the first step act.

No I didn’t turn that girl in cause I actually bang the chick from time to time. Just being honest here. I also wouldn’t do it cause I warned her all about it before she even got here and didn’t want to listen. She will learn the lesson on her own when she gets deported. You don’t have to believe my story, I don’t blame you but I’m sure by now you have seen the clip of mayor adams going off about the $12 billion deficit cause of these illegals in NY and his entire “we are sanctuary city” went right out the window now. His own words “the migrant crisis will destroy NYC” and is ripping Biden for it. I have no issue with people coming here from other countries. No issue with them doing it legally of course. What I have an issue with is those who choose to come here illegally and my tax money being used to take care of them. Before this entire “border shit show” illegal immigration cost the USA $350 billion a year. You divide that evenly to all the tax payers and that is over $2000 each just going to that. It’s gotta be even higher now. I’d rather keep my $2000 and donate that money to something of my choice. Wasting it on people breaking the law and not respecting our country is a kick in the nuts.

The injunction was based on the fact that the separated families were being denied the right to due process as protected by the 5th Amendment. And yes, illegals are protected by the COTUS when they are on US soil. The rights are HUMAN rights, not US CITIZEN rights.

I would totally agree that if a person after being arrested is then released awaiting their day in court, they of course would go back to be with their family as they await. I’m not saying they should be detained until their court date but the issue that happened is their kids got lost in the system which made it a big a problem.

I am the problem . If you seen the girl you would bang her too . I met her outside the country while traveling. I know her personally, I’m not an ICE agent. When the government pays me I’ll start turning people in. Should I start turning people in that I see waiting on street corners to get picked up so they can work? People do that all the time and guess what? The cops do nothing .

The come through the southern parts of the United States. Is those states fault for being where they are? When those states do things to try and secure their border you have cnn crying about how inhumane it is. These people might come through a southern border but it doesn’t mean they intend it to stay there. NY is a very popular destination, it’s why adams is blaming Biden cause the 540,000+ illegal aliens that are here illegally, the texas governor didn’t send them all by bus or plane. A small fraction have arrived that way, the majority came here cause they wanted to . The solution to this all is to secure the border and reform immigration law.
