I'm sure you are better versed than Georgetown Law on the subject. So, can you explain their confusion that would cause them to say something like this: "To the contrary, domestic and international law militates strongly against the lawfulness of family separation as a tool for immigration deterrence, yielding liability for the state and for individuals who implement family separation in this setting"?Nope it wasn’t illegal and the comparison is very valid. Why you may ask? Cause the parents broke the law and were arrested and charged for it, just like if An American citizen breaks the law and is charged for a crime and taken into custody. It’s called illegal entry for a reason, it’s cause it’s illegal duh. The issue is they didn’t care about putting their kids in that situation, are we suppose to bend over backwards and ignore the law due to feelings? Again if that’s the case, all parents who are American citizens should never go to jail again
.
Can you also explain the SCOTUS's confusion in granting an injunction to prevent the separation of families crossing the border illegally?
By arguing this, you are suggesting you have knowledge of what was going on. You specifically discussed the ACLU, who spearheaded the lawsuit regarding the family separation lawsuits.Don’t play stupid, I have no clue why biden put the idea of paying these people money. Was it cause he wanted the virtue like every leftist craves? Is it cause the people around him said “ hey all of our followers who don’t know what a woman is would love to see you do this cause it makes you look like you care about these poor people more than anyone else”? Was it a way for his family to get more kick backs and line their pockets? Was it another way for him to buy votes? You would have to ask biden yourself and those who pull his strings to get that answer.
I know people like to see a meme, Tweet, or a spashline of things that are happening and run with it if it supports their narrative, but did you know that the meme/Tweet/splashline is deceptive and makes you look dumb for repeating it?
If you truly believe Biden suggested we pay every illegal immigrant $450,000 for coming here, then you are too gullible to have a right to vote.
Here's the real story about that whole $450,000 payout thing:
Steil leaves out details with claim about immigrant payments
Immigration and families separated at the border have once again bubbled to the top of political conversation -- and the
Illegally separated.
Like it or not, lawsuits and settlements are those things that can happen when the government knowingly breaks the law in its treatment of people.
