What does that even mean? I asked you the same question you posed; did you miss that? If Trump's attempts to overturn the election in court = legality, then why don't the left's attempts to use the courts to prevent Trump from running count as legal.

FYI, I've voted for far more Republicans than Dems in my life. IIRC, I voted foe Dems 2-3 times and never for POTUS or Congress.
Asking me the same question I asked you is not an answer. It is avoiding the question. You could have answered the question then asked me a question.

Since when is it illegal for someone to say "I don't think the elections was legitimate". How many shitty Dems have shouted that and nothing has happened to them. This guy says the same thing and suddenly it is a crime. If it is a crime for Trump to say it was not legitimate then it is a crime for all those Dems who were crying foul. Or does the legal system only work for the left?

He hasn't been charged with saying "I don't think the elections were legitimate," which I'm sure would be protected by the 1a and I'm sure a judge would have tossed a case based on that. FWIW, I highly doubt they'll find Trump guilty of anything or if they do it'll be some insignificant charge. That said, Trump is the one who wanted to take the election battle to the courts, so that's where the battle will be fought. I seriously don't know why "you guys" are crying foul; these cases are greatly benefiting Trump. Perhaps the cases are part of some "even deeper State" that is working to return Trump to power.

Jesus Christ. He challenged the election and they are using that to keep him from being president again. I will leave it at that.
