Or was it? If these beings can travel thru dimensions, why not travel thru time. Plus if these craft are powered by gravity drive engines, then they're warping both space and time as they travel, which means Roswell could have been happening at numerous places and times simultaneously, but we'd only perceive it as a singular event.

Not sure why the judiciary is butting in. IMHO, this is part of the red/blue "divorce" and the Red States have made it clear (via the legislation they've passed) that they want a near total ban on abortions with few if any exceptions. If you want an abortion, then move or travel to a Blue State. Sure traveling for abortions could lead to severe issues with aftercare, but that's just the price of living the Red lifestyle and you have to take the good with the bad.
