Florida is trying to protect children from castration (and mutilation) by restricting funds (taxpayer dollars) from funding such practices. Arkansas lost a case too. Why are Federal judges meddling in the State's right to restrict medical care? Dobbs v Jackson establishes that the State has the right to step in and save a *****; so why can't the State step in and save an actual child? Dobbs v Jackson clearly establishes that privacy and equal rights do not apply in these cases, per Justice Thomas' secondary opinion. I guess this will get straighten out when it gets to the USSC.How are they not protecting actual children? What do you mean exactly?
