Almost all other 1st world nations seem to have less of problem treating drug addiction as health issue. Then again other first world nations invest alot more in mental health, which probably reduces drug addiction in the first place, but that would be liberal socialism.

The ***** culture warriors seem to losing a lot of these cases. Are conservative judges trying to save conservatives from themselves after the abortion ban backlash? IMHO, the courts being this loaded with conservatives is a once in a lifetime opportunity. While I might disagree with their politics, if you're a neoconservative, you have small window to shove whatever you can shove down the throats of the liberals, so they should be pushing to get any and every case they can into the higher courts.
