One of my post in response mentioned jury bias.

I'm not saying nor have I said we NEED to withhold anything. I'm just expounding on my view of the media and it's willingness to give an over abundance of details for ratings and views. It is all about money after all.
Must have been a response to Rob. Personally, I'm more worried about a lack of information than over abundance. I'd rather have too much or even mis/disinformation than censorship.

So like others have said, you are attracted to small kids and you think we should all see them like you do, sexually.

What other things are you sexually attracted too? Animals? Plant life?
Do you act like a petulant child only when you are drinking heavily, or is it all the time?
Or are you drinking heavily all the time?

Guys Hitler was saying as young as 8 or 9 that he was going to do what he did. Interviews with his classmates back in the late '60s and early '70s say this. And it isn't just one of his classmates, it was all of them. Mein Kampf was just a way to get his views out to the masses as speaking in beer halls wasn't doing that before he was arrested for the attempted coup. I've read Mein Kampf not because it is a good book (sickening/disgusting book tbh) but because of one of my double majors in college was History. It was required reading and we had to do a report on it. Trust me it was not easy to read especially with having a cousin who was part of Mussolini's cabinet as a under secretary. I had relatives that "mysteriously" appeared in Argentina in summer/winter of 1945 and spring 1946. I know what they are and what they believed in. Not proud of them or their views.

But we must learn from the past to make sure we don't make the same mistakes in the future.
Be careful, Spokey will start claiming that you goosestep around your neighborhood in Jack boots yelling “sieg heil!”, and holding the book over your head.
He can’t imagine any educational setting where students would be exposed to such a book as Mein Kampf.

That is my point... one of my points. The story changes in your mind the more information and details you have. You form different opinions, bias can kick in and so on. This taints the ability of an accused person to defend themselves in court. Media is EVERYWHERE and if a potential juror has their mind made up before the trial because they had an over abundance of details then how can there be a fair trial? Those details could already be biased when the media gives them to you. We already know the media is heavily biased.
So we should withhold facts and information from jurors in order to help them make a better decision?

“We have video footage of the defendant committing a crime, but we’re not going to let you see it because it might taint your decision making process”.
THAT would be handy.

My point was that Mein Kampf was one of those inflection points in history. I'm not saying it should be required reading for HS students, but to pretend like it didn't exist when that book helped propel Hitler to political power strikes me as neglectful at best. Ironically Hitler said he wouldn't have written the book if he'd known he would become Chancellor.

He's saying withhold the info to make seating an unbiased jury easier.

Agreed. Should every HS student read it - no. Should ever HS student be made aware of it's existence and a reader's digest version of wait is said - I'd say yes.

You keep making statements and then say I made them. That is a lie. You are a liar.
You think quoting your posts is a “lie”.
Pretty wild thought process there.
No, I was pretty clear with the way I voiced my opinions and the words I used. You are choosing to use other words and claim I made statements I did not make.

Oh all right... No, I did not say those things.
I said "I don't think knowing the alleged criminal or suspects ****** identity is relevant"
What you claim I said...
"You declared that the ****** identity of a criminal SHOULD NOT BE SHARED with the public via the media UNLESS the media obtains the information through some demonstrated basis of "need""
Your semantics game is weak. You think the information should not be shared. You said so.
Whether it is due to your decision of relevance, or whether you demand there be a “need” doesn’t change your desire for censorship.
1. I don't talk like that.
2. I said alleged criminal or suspects - I don't pass judgment on them.
3. You can't comprehend what I say if you can't even repeat what I say.

Why don't you just get on with it you jackasss. Stop trying to bait me and just say what the phuck you want to say. Damn you are like a child.
Do you not know your own opinions regarding the jail roster questions?
Take a moment and read them again. Tell us what opinion you form.
Except I never claimed or said it should be controlled. That is your spin. What you say is not my view ergo I have one view, my view and you can eat some diicks. Jackasss.
Again, your semantics game is weak. You can’t make information accessible only through a specific process (ANY process), yet claim the info is not being controlled.
Just like you can’t both have a choice to be a homosexual but not have a choice to be heterosexual.

Pick your lane. Do you want the information to be controlled in some way or do you want it to be freely available and freely disseminated?

Hitler claimed that yes he wouldn't have written it. But that is complete BS. If someone is 8 or 9 years old & ranting and raving at that age what you are going to do to the jewish community if given the chance. Then sooner or later it is a guarantee you write a manifesto or book on it. His father beating him, being an alcoholic and god knows what else he did to him didn't help matters. He needed something to show to the masses, to convert people to his way of thinking and that is exactly what Mein Kampf did. It stoked a already boiling viewpoint of certain races, religions and politics towards converting people to his way of thinking. And scary enough it did what he wanted. Got him the money to push forward his goals, to get him the votes that would cause him to be named Chancellor. Plus lets be real here. The way that WWI ended with everyone punishing Germany for WWI, the conditions that they put on them, the monetary payments and so on did NOT help matters either. All of that helped play a role in Hitler coming to power as well. Because he knew if he could use that viewpoint on his people as a way of revenge a way to make them pay for destroying Germany that would also convert people to his side and his party. Anyone who doesn't think that then is stupid.

I think when he said he wouldn't written it, it was probably because his words could be used against him. Obviously he benefitted greatly from the book and probably would have never risen to Chancellor without the book.

The book got him people behind him and his viewpoints. Without it there is no financial backing from a lot of the leading industries and wealthy families. Many families got rich off of Hitler and the Nazis. Including some very prominent families in this country. Henry Ford bought a newspaper just to push Hitler and those views, Walt Disney was a avid admirer and pushed his views, even the Bush family and Trump family did business there as well, IBM with their punch hole card system. But people forget this stuff or just ignore it.

As much as I never want to meet my relatives in Argentina that went there from Italy. At the same point I want to know their exact history and why. Why did they feel that way? Do they still feel that way? But idk if any are still alive or not. Even then still makes me sick that I had family involved with Mussolini and his viewpoints.

Jesus, here you go again. YOU'RE NOT QUOTING!!! YOU ARE SAYING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS THEN CLAIMING I SAID THEM. Idiot.
Your semantics game is weak. You think the information should not be shared. You said so.
Whether it is due to your decision of relevance, or whether you demand there be a “need” doesn’t change your desire for censorship.
I really think you skip over 90% of what you read. Idiot.
Do you not know your own opinions regarding the jail roster questions?
Take a moment and read them again. Tell us what opinion you form.
I don't care about your jail roster question. Idiot.
Again, your semantics game is weak. You can’t make information accessible only through a specific process (ANY process), yet claim the info is not being controlled.
Just like you can’t both have a choice to be a homosexual but not have a choice to be heterosexual.
I am glad I found out how to put your brain in a loop, just share an opinion and you go nuts. Idiot.
Pick your lane. Do you want the information to be controlled in some way or do you want it to be freely available and freely disseminated?
I pick the lane that has you directly in front of my truck while I am traveling at high speeds. Idiot.

Nope you were the only one pumping themselves up for reading it buddy 🤣
