It isn't a concern nor do I really care. All this means is there is a group of 9 mostly if not all liberal democrats who served on a jury and returned a verdict to a bullshit story. Trump will have a field day with the counter suit.

Given the jurisdiction...it's very likely that most if not all the jurors voted dem...most if not all jury of the jury pool would've been the same...

6 million are Democrat.
Less than half.
But it's "very likely that most if not all the jurors voted dem".
What would make it very likely?

So it's most likely that 25% or ~2-3 of the jurors were Trump voters, who do tend to be pretty fanatical. Makes one wonder what type of evidence would persuade loyal Trump voters to find him guilty of ****** assault.

I'm genuinely trying to follow your logic.

You and Thxone accuse of me of following my feelings when I accept jury decisions on cases, but you both are coming up with all of these reasons the decision was wrong, and none of those reasons are backed by anything OTHER than feelings.

Thxone is sure that the jury was all liberal dems and that every word she said is a lie (though he never saw a word of the trial), and that the jury was never instructed to pass judgement based on preponderance of evidence.
You are sure that the jury was all Dem, even though only 46% of the registered NY voters are Dem.

Seems to be nothing more than feelings on your parts, yet I am the one who is able to talk about how the jury system actually works and that I accept the jury system that has been around almost 400 years.

In Manhattan, Biden won nearly 86% of the vote. A Republican is a very rare thing in Manhattan lol. I live in NY believe me on this.

NYC as a whole is about 68% Dem. Manhattan is about 72%.
That doesn't give us numbers that would say the jury pool and thus the jury is surely going to be all liberal Democrats.

Not saying it all was but the odds are in favor it was. Knowing how trump supporters are here, I’d be confident in saying they could have had video of him doing it to her and still wouldn’t have awarded her a dime lol.

You're killing others' arguments that the trial was unfair by saying if the jurors were Repubs, they would have judged in his favor even after seeing him **** her.
