The lady in Trump's case couldn't even narrow down a time frame when it happened...it's impossible to build a defense against something decades old with no reasonable time frame it happened...

You can’t really mount a defense when you don’t have an exact time frame. They basically changed the law in NY so this case could happen. No need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt either in order to win. My guess is it will be appealed and the goal possibly to try and move the case if possible. What I find amazing is what she said he did if true is 100% **** NOT assault but they don’t come back with **** but assault and defamation? In an area of a state he only won 23% of the vote and believe me I live in NY, the leftist here would do anything to see him fall, I’m shocked they didn’t go with ****! With this I bet we can expect Andrew Cuomo will find himself in this situation next! It’s gonna be a total shit show in NY with this new law. Heck I may sue AOC for defamation for making my drink wrong at a bar once on purpose

This is what I see.

A woman at a store.
A billionaire walks in.
She helps him.
They flirt mutually.
They have ***... mutually. If *** even happened.

Later in life she accuses? This isn't the first time she has accused someone of ****** assault either. Been divorced twice. She's a know it all man hater. She has a subconscious need to hurt men, any man. Probably from how her past spouses treated her or rather reacted to her. If those are pics of her with Trump she sure seems happy. That's rather odd, and completely contrary to how our legal system operates.

In my opinion women are some of the most shady people on the planet and the most willing to lie about ****. Doing studies on why women don't report **** is going to produce paper after paper full of lies. Men are so gullible they will believe every word too because if men aren't thinking with their diicks they are acting on its behalf.

I don't need a study to know reasons why women don't report "****".

1. It never happened
a. They lied, the person they slept with used them. At this point they would say they were *****.
1a. Anger, shame, hurt feelings, spite.
2. They were cheating
b. They got caught cheating. At this point they would say they were *****.
2b. Embarrassment, fear.
3. They slept with someone at work
c. The person they slept with wants more. At this point they would say they were *****.
3c. Embarrassment, annoyed, guilt, shame, spite.
4. The person was a different race
d. The person they slept with is a different race and family may not approve. At this point they would say they were *****.
4d. Embarrassment, fear, guilt, shame.
5. They were drunk
e. They were drunk and had *** with several people. At this point they would claim ****.
5e. Embarrassment, shame, fear, guilt.

The number of women actually getting ***** is much lower in my opinion. I grew up around women had many drunken, ***** *** parties, dated many women. Women have no problem having *** until it makes them look a certain way that may affect them negatively. They will quickly yell **** then. Seen it done many times. One party I was watching this person riding another person and enjoying it then later said it was ****. Women lie to save face and have no problem lying.

For the record, Actual **** does happen.

**** does happen. We know this. I know this as I have seen actual proof of a woman being *****. I was ***** by an aggressive older woman in my early 20's. It has nothing to do with any legal system if a person was actually *****. The legal system is there for when it needs to be proven that the **** happened.

FFS, women weren't even allowed to vote here until 1920. In 1922, their bathing suit could be no higher than 6 inches above the knee. Women are not allowed to wear sleeveless tops or dresses to Congress.

We're not nearly as forward-thinking as you might believe.

Studies are things that help to find, reveal, verify, determine factual info. You said you do not need a study to know that what you know is right. Ergo, you don't care what the results of a study are, you KNOW what the truth is. If a study has findings contrary to your feelings, you don't care about the study because you know the truth.

Everyone lies. Anyone who claims they never have is a liar. But you swing it to the extreme, saying that women are "some of the most shady people on the planet", and use that (as you have in the past) to say that accusations of **** are lies in order to gain something in some way.
