Either way he was found by a jury of his peers in a civil trial and that is what matters legally in a court of law. He can spout off all he wants about not being able to do this or that but he refused to attend, his deposition quite frankly did him in.

If he could learn to keep his mouth shut (won't happen his ego won't let him) he might actually stop getting himself into legal trouble.

He isn't done yet especially after those 8 fake electors took immunity in Georgia. He could still be facing jail time in that case.

That is just an excuse. If a woman is legitimately ***** then nothing should stop her from making sure the ****** is brought to justice. Not fear, not pride, not embarrassment... Nothing. It is my opinion that if you claim to have been ***** but did not go to the police then you didn't get *****, you allowed the person to have *** with you.

Getting scammed is not the same as **** but If they let it happen then the deserved to get scammed. They let someone trick them.

Incorrect. I said, many times, I could not CONVICT the person being accused unless I saw proof.

I don't need a study to know reasons why women don't report "****".

1. It never happened
a. They lied, the person they slept with used them. At this point they would say they were *****.
1a. Anger, shame, hurt feelings, spite.
2. They were cheating
b. They got caught cheating. At this point they would say they were *****.
2b. Embarrassment, fear.
3. They slept with someone at work
c. The person they slept with wants more. At this point they would say they were *****.
3c. Embarrassment, annoyed, guilt, shame, spite.
4. The person was a different race
d. The person they slept with is a different race and family may not approve. At this point they would say they were *****.
4d. Embarrassment, fear, guilt, shame.
5. They were drunk
e. They were drunk and had *** with several people. At this point they would claim ****.
5e. Embarrassment, shame, fear, guilt.

The number of women actually getting ***** is much lower in my opinion. I grew up around women had many drunken, ***** *** parties, dated many women. Women have no problem having *** until it makes them look a certain way that may affect them negatively. They will quickly yell **** then. Seen it done many times. One party I was watching this person riding another person and enjoying it then later said it was ****. Women lie to save face and have no problem lying.

The lady in Trump's case couldn't even narrow down a time frame when it happened...it's impossible to build a defense against something decades old with no reasonable time frame it happened...

I don't know if it happened...I just know that it was an undefendable case...
