3m thinsulate is a good absorbtion layer for between panels and car body.

Not much different than Polly fill but easier to
Alright I'll check that out .so this will be ok to stuff into my rear fender panels/holes in roof and rear hatch ? That's mainly what I'm trying to do .I'm gonna use deadner of course but I just want something that will stop the vibration and also help keep the sound in

I havent used any due to my OCD perhaps.??I was always concerned about when Temps get hot outside and the inside gets hot as well, and always wondered about what the actual Fumes that may be presented by the spray foam? Can it be quite Toxic? Ive seen and read about and reviewed several issues with Spray foam installed in homes that were so toxic that people had to leave theyre homes even. Thats the main reasons Ive never used Spray Foam in any of my rides. Vehicles have poor ventilation while locked up/windows rolled up and baking in 100+* weather. I would research it for yourself to see if that is what meets your criteria or not? There are several other methods to insulating a vehicle that may be safer an less toxic

I ended up using rockwool for most of it. There was a couple spots on the roof that I just couldn't get into so I used a little spray foam. Put a layer of deadner over rearhatch rear side panel and roof had a couple sheets left over so I put it on the rear roof so it's double layered there. It made a world of a difference and I gained a db. My rear hatch leaks on one side tho thinking maybe weather strip it and see if I can get it sealed up hoping that will help some

Rock wool is legit, watched a video of it and several others. It will not burn or catch fire, foam turns into napalm when lit.

Yeah it worked well but I gotta say it was a huge pain in the ass stuffing everything. Some of the holes I could verly fit my finger in ended up getting a rod off of my blinds and shoving it in there with that for hrs. 3 days straight stuffing and laying deadner I'd rather pay some one then do it again lol

Mineral wool is another nice dammned good insulation fire proof. Prob same as the Rock wool mentioned. that stuff will last forever

Yep. That's exactly what I did. I tried it with my 1/4" flush trim bit, but it didn't leave enough space for the mesh to press the way I wanted...
