Have a Toyota Tacoma with the JBL system.
I know the factory JBL speakers are around 2 Ω.
Is it the JBL amplifier that dictates the impedance requirement from the speakers?

So if I swap head units and leave in the JBL system, how would you select speakers?

I'm thinking since the JBL stuff remains, I'd stick to 2 Ω? Would I be correct to assume that?
