The ATF under Biden and Harris has now changed their mind on their Pistol Arm Brace ruling and decided that its now evil and should be an NFA item.

Now, even though the ATF is not supposed to make laws what they have graciously done is given people 120 days to register all 48 million in existence by dropping all the data on yourself and your gun or you will face jail and a crap load of fines. If you are not approved for the SBR tax stamp, no problem, all you have to do is destroy the pistol or just simply hand it over to your friendly government and they will take it upon themselves to go ahead and finish stomping all over your freedom for you.

At the same time, they can also decide if its worth arresting you because you were in possession of a SBR because the ATF would love nothing more then to play a fun game of entrapment.

So glad this is happening, think about all the lives that turning millions of law abiding citizens into felons will save!
