And that's what he did until confronted with a gun and while trying to retreat from that situation he was charged by Rosenbaum. Unfortunately, between charging Rittenhouse and his previous death threat, Rosenbaum was credible threat and Rittenhouse was forced to put him down.

He was more than arrested, he was convicted. *** offenders have a 90% recidivism rate and I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the other 10% just didn't get caught. Rittenhouse couldn't have known he was shooting a pedo at the time, but I'm not shedding any tears for a convicted pedo.

IMHO, Rittenhouse represented law and order, which is what they were rioting against. It's all on video and it's pretty damn clear if Rittenhouse didn't start shooting there plenty of other rioters ready to jump in - you can see them retreating once lead starts flying. Rosenbaum was carrying a chain because he was chaining store doors shut in an attempt to preventing further looting. I'm guessing the guy with the baseball was probably just heading home after a baseball game.

A plastic bag is a threat? I've had people say that they were going to kill me and I never thought to shoot them. It sounds like he was a pusssy and afraid of a fist fight. Rosenbaum wasn't a little girl like what he was used to beating up.

I didn't say a plastic bag is a threat. I have said threatening to kill somebody if you catch them alone is a threat. It's an even bigger threat when you catch that person alone and charge them and according to a witness try to grab their gun. That's the type of thing that gets you shot. Rittenhouse probably is a big *****, but that doesn't mean Rosenbaum wasn't threatening.
