Oh goody, since we are throwing stones around, lets see how outstanding the citizens were that he shot that night

Joseph Rosenbaum -

Rosenbaum was a registered *** offender. In fact 11 charges that he was sentenced to 10 years for in 2002. Then later sentenced to an additional 2 years 6 months for ****** contact of a minor related to that same incident. The charges include anal **** and oral *** with minors, masturbating in front of a 15 year old, distributing **** photos of a woman to a minor, and other similar charges. All the 5 victims were little boys.

Outside of that he violated his parole conditions and had several assault charges while housed in prison.

In Wisconsin he had pending cases at the time of his death for bail jumping. Also cases for domestic abuse and disorderly conduct.

His fiancee found *********** on her phone and Rosenbaum body slammed her and ended up in jail for it.

Anthony Huber -

Anthony was convicted of disorderly conduct and was a repeat domestic abuser. He was found guilty of strangulation and suffocation during one of the offenses. Also convicted of false imprisonment with a dangerous weapon.

Here is some excerpts from that trial . . .

"[Anthony] Huber told his brother that if he didn’t start cleaning a room in his house he was going to gut him like a pig,” Chirafisi said in court adding, The New York Post reported, that Huber “did this while holding a 6-inch butcher’s knife to the brother’s stomach.”

“Huber grabbed his brother by the neck, dug his nails in and choked him for approximately ten seconds,” Chirafisi said. “He put a knife to his brother’s left ear and his brother felt it cut.” The defense attorney said that Huber said: “I’m going to burn the house down with all you f***ers in it.”

Then we have poor Gaige Grosskreutz -

He was convicted of a felony but was later able to get it expunged. Later he would get a charge for intoxicated use of a firearm. His arrest and case history from the DOJ is much longer than what you can find online. It shows a string of dismissed cases, but also a string of expunged felony cases.

He would later go on to get arrested for loitering and prowling when caught walking around like a creeper filming the insides of peoples cars.

These people are all confirmed scumbags. You are calling Kyle a woman beater based on a circumstantial non-proven video? I thought you only deal in facts kid !?!?!

It's a fact that it was him in the video. And now Kyle is a killer.

Again, for someone who only deals in FACTS, you sure got your facts wrong.

Kyle was not in illegal possession of the gun idiot. Again, you know nothing about anyone or anything!

He got the gun through an illegal straw purchase. I like the Republican name calling. Typical Republican. Exactly what your boy Trump does. Third grade name calling.

I don't think anybody was trying to detain him. Imho, Gaige was responding to deadly force. I wouldn't be surprised if his true intent was to shoot Kyle and I wouldn't blame him.

Clocking a guy who is already down in the head with skateboard is clearly using deadly force. Furthermore, you are again taking this out of context, so I'll put it back in context for the benefit of others (clearly you don't care about the context and are determined to ignore it).

Kyle had just been struck in the back of the head while running from crowd toward the police. You can clearly see whatever the object was laying on the ground in the video. Looks more like a brick or block of wood than rock, but I digress. About 3 seconds later Kyle trips and falls at which point somebody jumps in the air and stomps his head - lucky for Kyle the guy didn't get a clean stomp. Then he's whacked with skateboard. He had every reason to fear for his life at that point.

Internet tough guys and keyboard commandos are welcome to pretend what was happening was a walk in the park or a peaceful attempt to detain Kyle, but the video tells a different story.

There isn't a video of him getting hit in the head by anything before he trips. Read the article that you posted. It says he tripped and never mentions he got hit in the head by a rock. I guess you want me to believe that he got hit in the head by a rock and it didn't knock his hat off. I'm not buying what you're selling.

A) Don't be an idiot and you wont get called one

B) Yes there was a straw purchase made. Mr. Black purchased the gun, he was held accountable for it. Kyle himself was never in illegal possession of the rifle, that's why the state could not file charges on him. Don't twist the words to fit your own made up narrative.

STICK WITH THE FACTS KID!

'Police have used “Fog Reveal” to search hundreds of billions of records from 250 million mobile devices, and harnessed the data to create location analyses known among law enforcement as “patterns of life,” according to thousands of pages of records about the company.'

Boiling pot:

‘Taiwan’s military said it shot down a drone hovering over one of its island outposts just off the Chinese coast on Thursday amid a spike in tensions with Beijing.’

I'm keeping on eye on what the potatus says today:

'The White House says President Biden will head to Philadelphia on Thursday for a speech in which he will argue that America’s democracy remains "under attack" and highlight "who is fighting" to protect the nation’s freedoms.'

'The address also comes as Biden has raised his rhetoric in recent days, targeting who he argues are anti-Democratic "MAGA Republicans" who have embraced "semi-fascism."'

'"Biden has pitted neighbors against each other, labeled half of Americans as fascist, and tarnished any idea of his promise of ‘unity.’ Families are left with a recession, high gas prices, and a nation on the wrong track," RNC spokesperson Emma Vaughn said in a statement.'

Remember when Biden said he was gonna bring back unity to our nation? 🤣🤣🤣🤡

Profiling isn't an exact science...and I'd be more fearful of govt profilers going around checking up on
people...
It is too soft. Free room and board. They get to live even if they kill people and we get to pay for them. Damn that. Torture until death. Make everyone watch so criminals know there is no options. Do the crime, die. Murder, Child **** and such.

US Constitution gets in they way of your vision for punishing criminals.

Politics has become an exercise in division by both parties

But didn't you suggest earlier that they should profile people with larger gun collections?
No argument against punishment as long as we have laws that make sense.
Life in prison for selling pot but 3 years for killing someone while drunk driving seems out of whack to me.

The pot laws are coming around. Imho, we're ridiculously strict on DUI becuz moms having been raising hell about it for decades and are never satisfied

Possession was illegal by virtue of an illegal straw purchase arranged by Kyle and his friend.
That's a fact.

Carrying was only legal because of an error in the law. The law said “deadly weapon” (or equivalent wording) but an addition to the law classified only guns with short barrels (below 16") as deadly.

Apparently, the M&P he was carrying is not deadly or dangerous in the hands of a 17 y.o. if the barrel is 16", but if it was 15.9", then he would have been breaking the carrying law.
The same people who will gripe about errors in the law allowing people to get away with other stuff will happily point to this error to say "He was perfectly legal and within his rights. The law SAYS so!"

His hat was knocked off. It was knocked off prior to when Kyle claims he was struck by the rock. Got knocked off when first guy cowardly attacked him from behind. Why do you think he hat on when he fell? Have you watched the video?
