Hello! I'm looking to upgrade my factory sound system to get the highest clarity and most efficient sound replication. Here was my idea:
(All are component style parts)
JBL Step-Up MultiElement 5 1/4" (Two-Way)
In the OEM front door space
JBL Step-Up MultiElement 6x9" (Three-Way)
In the OEM rear deck space
JBL Stadium GTO750T 3/4" Tweeters
In the OEM front door space
Pyramid TW67 3" Super-Tweeters
In the dashboard or front quarter panels
Skar SDR-3X8D2 loaded triple 8" enclosure
Audiobank P2004 4-Channel 2000W Amp

Would these components work well together for a great sound? Which crossover(s) would you best recommend?

Any comments, suggestions, & constructive criticisms would be greatly appreciated. I'm fairly new to aftermarket audio component systems and need help. Thank you so very much!

What is your Max Budget? Is the electrical All Stock in the vehicle? What size is the Alternator? What Battery do you, have ,size and group or make and model #? Would you be using the Stock Radio/HU or is there a different one in ther now?If so.. what make and Model #? Just trying to get some more information. Thanks

Get some 6x9 "midbass" drivers or ditch the rear speakers eitirely, simplify the front speakers with a 6.5" component set only, and spend the rest of the money on deadening and sealing your doors. You will want a seperate stage and sub amp.

Are you sure? The front 5 1/4" speakers are a woofer & tweeter with the rear 6x9 being a woofer, tweeter, and "optional" midrange.
I'd always rather have 6.5" of course but I'm trying to avoid any panel modifications if I can help it.

I'm looking to spend around $1,000. Everything right now is factory stock in the vehicle however I planned on getting new 10/12ga AWG wiring. I have a Dual aftermarket radio to HU to (XDVD269BT)
It's a standard 12V battery & alternator.

Thank you!

Componants sets usually come with mounting cups you can use to mount the tweeters. Your car probably has a factory location for tweeters somewhere on the dash/A-pillar/sail panel. There is a small chance you can't fit a 6.5 in the door, but the odds are very slim.

Rear speakers do very little for the most part, I would honestly delete them and leave the holes open for your bass to pass into the cabin. Anything you put there will potentially be damaged if your trunk is somewhat sealed from the cabin.

You want your sound coming from in front of you. Rear speakers can work well, but if you are after any semblance of a "sound stage" then you will have to work on them to make it sound good.

Keep it simple, and grow from there. I have a set of mid 90's MB quart comps that are awesome for running the tweeters in the a-pillar or sail panel aimed at each other. It's a really easy way to get a decently wide Soundstage.

This is my car door. It's on a curve around the 5 1/4. I suppose it's possible to jam a 6.5" in there maybe? But I doubt I'd be able to do an intricate flush job that looks good. Still some 5 1/4" make quite a bit of noise at high-end levels.
I'm thinking of adding a couple 3" or 4" mid-ranges in the dashboard but I'd rather avoid the work of modifying panels when possible.
I already have the best 3/4" tweeters on the market according to spec that fit the OEM hole(see picture) which happened to be JBL's so it made me think from there I should get a high-end line from JBL to match in the rest.
