No, I mean “documents bearing classification markings…were among the materials contained in the FIFTEEN BOXES”.You mean "appear to contain" national security markings?...that's not an affirmative statement of what they found...that's legalese for we might have something here...I'm sure there's supporting evidence in the document...but unfortunately the doj blanked it...
Classification markings are put on classified documents.
Would it be safe to believe the AUS would be able to differentiate a document that has not been properly declassified from one that has?

NARA has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes." The letter also stated that, "[b]ecause NARA identified classified information in the boxes, NARA staff has been in communication with the Department of Justice."
