He quoted Thomas earlier. Thomas issued a secondary opinion when Roe V Wade was overturned. Basically he said this opens the door for the court to take away the right to gay marriage, gay *** and contraception. This court's finding in Roe v Wade and Thomas's subsequent comments indicts that they plan to be very political and very activist.

There's another way to look at it...none of those are the purview of the fed govt...kicking them to the state level is more in line with the founding documents...


And no I don't care if somebody chooses to use contraceptives or who somebody wants to marry...it don't affect me none...I am all for the feds not being able to legislate outside the expressed limitations of the constitution though...

I said who is going to be the judge? I don't agree with how a lot of parents raise their kids but it's not my job to get into their business. Are we all going to be like playground tattle tells and run to the Police from now on? I'm just curious how far this goes. Are we going to take kids away from their parents? Are we going to put parents in jail?
