There in lies the rub. Ultimately, we (on aggregate) will not do what is best for future generations (see massive national debt). We'll run up the debt, pollute the planet, create generational wealth transfer programs to "steal" from our own children, etc, etc, etc. So unless gov't, legislators, etc step in to do something, ThxOne can't be bothered to spend 2 hours charging his vehicle to make his camping trip, when instead he could have spent 20 minutes at a gas pump.
2 hours every 130 miles? Yeah, you are right, I won't be bothered with that. Let's waste vacation time charging a car, in the sun, or rain, or snow. That's 13 hours of vacation time wasted 26 hours over all charging a car when I could just drive a clean burning diesel.

If you had to charge the Electric truck 6.5 times @ $25 each time that is $162.5. ONE WAY. Plus the waiting. A 2022 6.7L has a 34 gallon tank... call it $380. ONE WAY. Less waiting. So you can save $217 going electric but you can add 26 hours of waiting to your trip.

Russia signs an agreement to allow grains to pass through the Black Sea... then hours later shoots missiles into Odesa. Duh. Did people really think this guy was gonna keep his word? Remember when he said Russia will not invade Ukraine and then he did it. LOL idiots. Track him down and end him, it's the only way.

‘The canceled garden is part of a frenzy of counterintelligence activity by the FBI and other federal agencies focused on what career US security officials say has been a dramatic escalation of Chinese espionage on US soil over the past decade.

Since at least 2017, federal officials have investigated Chinese land purchases near critical infrastructure, shut down a high-profile regional consulate believed by the US government to be a hotbed of Chinese spies and stonewalled what they saw as clear efforts to plant listening devices near sensitive military and government facilities.’

‘’I don't think they should be able to do it. I think the problem is these companies have ties to the CCP, and it's not always apparent on the face of whatever a company is doing - but I think it's a huge problem.'

The governor's solution has been to begin banning what he calls 'undue influence from rogue states,' like China's ruling party.

The state has already banned what's known as a 'Confucius Institutes,' public educational and cultural promotion programs designed to educate people about China, thereby giving the CCP undue influence over systems of higher learning.’

Now you shift it to personal choice to listen to the words or not, yet can’t seem to answer my question: Did the convictions happen?
Again I never denied you can be convicted over words...my position has been and hasn't shifted...words cannot kill...you haven't come anywhere close to showing where words were the cause death...everybexample you've shown (conviction or not) words were said and personal choice was made free that resulted in a death whether ******* or homicide...but in every case you've shown...words were not the cause of death...

It’s amazing how many people try to deny reality and the natural consequences of their actions. I get people not wanting to be blamed for stuff, but why do so many people seem to lie about the natural consequences of reality? We all have free will to do whatever we want, and everything anyone does has consequences, such as adding 2+2 together has a consequence of 4. I get a large sense that many, especially on the left, are trying to act like nature doesn’t work like it does, or, basically, that physics doesn’t work like it does. There’s a lack of accountability for one’s actions in our society as a whole; that’s the real plague. Hear no evil, see no evil, so ignorance is bliss.

The conviction indicates words can indeed kill. In the context of the conversation (Trump being to blame for the insurrection), we were not talking about the strictest definition.
I’m confident that no one in the world thought Trump shot that woman in the Capitol, or kicked in doors, etc. I certainly hope you didn’t think so.

If you were simply trying to say that his words didn’t stop that woman’s heart or cause damage, or put people in jail, then sure, you are right. We can also say that no mass shooter ever killed anyone, and neither did their gun. It was the heart stoppage that was the cause of death, aided by the bullet.
But that’d just be one of those argument tactics that people use to redirect from the main argument when they have nothing else.

Was that your goal?

But when people want to take full responsibility for an unwanted pregnancy by getting an abortion, you don’t want them to.
Which is it? Be responsible and handle it, or let the church and government decide what one can do?

39 miles per day is the average people drive.
A Tesla model S can do about 390 miles per charge. That’s 7-8 hours of driving.
The lowest “mpg” Tesla does 263 on a charge, so 5-7 hours of driving.
Many people eat a meal while on the road. 45 minutes for a meal is nothing after 7 hours of driving, IF you want to drive another 7 hours.

No matter how you try to twist it, if the cost per mile is lower for electric than gas, it remains lower unless you start changing the vehicles being compared.

Think of the old joke “We’re losing money on each sale, but we’ll make it up in volume”. Numbers don’t change unless other factors in the calculation change.

BTW- I am not advocating for either gas or electric. It’s simply a numbers game, and I let the numbers advocate for most things.

Why is the pregnancy unwanted?
The condom broke. The pill failed. The woman was *****. Carrying the ***** would kill the woman. The ***** is a genetic mess. The husband died and there is no money to raise a child.
Or, it’s none of your fvcking business; it’s someone’s personal decision to not carry the ***** in their own body and go through the birthing process and caring for the child for 17-60 years or more.

If it’s not my business, then why do abortion clinics get taxpayer funding?

No thanks. I'll just follow your path and post links to shit instead of having to present the facts myself. Go ahead and read. You have nothing else to do all day.
Another classy low-blow. Ever heard of Stephen Hawking? He was physically disabled, so you should probably ignore his intellect and focus on his ALS.

The cost per mile is lower now...the more ev on the road, the higher the demand for electricity...higher demand leads to higher prices...so the cost per mile goes up...

Steven Hawking wouldn’t mock 85 y.o. Biden for not unclipping his bike shoe fast enough and stumbling, or Tony Hawk for wiping out on a skateboard, or a carpenter for not building a wall perfectly square.
Bucko has a leaky azz, but posts almost daily about the many-times-disproved “incontinence incident” with Biden and the Pope.

Would you feel better if I told him to go suuck some teenage diick while me and my buddies run a train on his mother and sister?
