‘Invoking a national emergency over climate change would enable President Joe Biden to unleash sweeping actions to restrain greenhouse gas production — such as banning U.S. crude oil exports, ending offshore drilling or speeding the manufacturing of electric vehicles.’

Comprehension problems again?
My post clearly states

I gave you examples where mere words spoken resulted in a conviction for actions that others did.
Are you arguing that Manson was not convicted and did not go to jail?

Yes, or no?
What Manson did and the statements Trump made are not remotely the same things. Manson went to jail for a reason and Trump did not because he didn't do what Manson did. What are you not understanding?

‘Invoking a national emergency over climate change would enable President Joe Biden to unleash sweeping actions to restrain greenhouse gas production — such as banning U.S. crude oil exports, ending offshore drilling or speeding the manufacturing of electric vehicles.’

Explain the concept of God to me.

She wasn't arrested, she was detained. You don't necessarily have to be handcuffed for either. Nevertheless, publicity stunt. As Newsweek put it, politicians have become influencers, although I'd say it's more like they've become internet celebrities. As such, they're operating under the "there's no such thing as bad publicity" theory.

They’re gonna try to phase out gas vehicles and push everyone to autonomous EV’s that you lease or use with your Social Credit Score, and control the power in your house with Smart Meters. You will own nothing and be happy:

‘It proposes a significant cut in gas consumption by 15% over the next eight months, and will require drastic action across industries, power producers and even citizens in their households, according to Bloomberg.’

Here we can sort of agree. They're already talking about how your car will come equipped with say heated seats, but if you want them to work you'll have to pay a subscription fee. Greed is endless.

I am not understanding how you don't comprehend that a man helping plan the murders of others is not the same as political idiots using Trumps speech as some sort of proof of something. Jan. 6th had help from inside the Capitol Building from both sides so stfu.
Words. People can go to jail for words.
I don’t understand how you can’t comprehend that when it has actually happened many times over. Is it some type of pathological denial syndrome?

It’s reality. History doesn’t change, little fella.

The rule is based on the pronunciation, you fvcking dolt. "Y" is a consonant SOUND when it is the first letter of a word or syllable IN a word. EVERY time. No "exception to the rule" exists that would suggest you EVER say "AN" before "you" "you're" or ANY other word that starts with the letter y as a consonant SOUND.

You continue to make yourself look the fool with these pathetic attempts to prove yourself right.

"Mike bought AN yellow car"
"AN 'You Dummy' award was presented to Thxone"
"Steve is AN 'Yes man' at his job"
"Fred bough AN yak for the petting zoo"
"Alan set up AN Yahoo email address".

I'll ask you and EVERYONE here to tell me that all of these sentences sound correct, per your claims.
Go.

Guys I was an English Major with a writing emphasis and I don't recall this rule every coming up.

Don't move the goal post...of course people can go to jail for words...that wasn't the issue...words killing people was...again show facts of a word being the cause of death

Incorrect yet again.

"Turn your cameras please and show what's really happening out here because these people are not going to take it any longer. They're not going to take it any longer. Go ahead. Turn your cameras, please."
This is not a statement. It is a direct command to take an action.

"But I said something's wrong here, something is really wrong, can have happened.
And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore."

Two commands in two separate sentences.

"So we're going to, we're going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I love Pennsylvania Avenue. And we're going to the Capitol, and we're going to try and give."
A directive within a statement, much like looking at a fellow camper and saying "we're going to get a fire going so we can cook dinner". You've given the command AND said what would happen.

"We will stop the steal"
A directive statement. Just like "We will get a fire going to cook on."

"If you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country any more"
A directive base on a suggested urgent situation. "If you don't move, that var will run you over."

Words can incite. And you can be convicted for using words to incite.
The question now is whether they nail Trump for doing it.

IMHO, Trump walked a really tight line. I don't know that he did/said enough to incite the crowd. I'm less concerned about the Jan 6 riots and more concerned about how he set up a scenario that the election would be stolen and his ongoing claims that it has been stolen.
