Then yours is a red herring as well. The President making a statement is not the same as someone telling another person to kill someone.
Incorrect yet again.

"Turn your cameras please and show what's really happening out here because these people are not going to take it any longer. They're not going to take it any longer. Go ahead. Turn your cameras, please."
This is not a statement. It is a direct command to take an action.

"But I said something's wrong here, something is really wrong, can have happened.
And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore."

Two commands in two separate sentences.

"So we're going to, we're going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I love Pennsylvania Avenue. And we're going to the Capitol, and we're going to try and give."
A directive within a statement, much like looking at a fellow camper and saying "we're going to get a fire going so we can cook dinner". You've given the command AND said what would happen.

"We will stop the steal"
A directive statement. Just like "We will get a fire going to cook on."

"If you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country any more"
A directive base on a suggested urgent situation. "If you don't move, that var will run you over."

Words can incite. And you can be convicted for using words to incite.
The question now is whether they nail Trump for doing it.

Then you are incorrect too and you are clearly pushing an agenda.

Just a little bit hypocritical that Trump gets a pass for raising gas prices after Obama hands him over a great economy but Biden gets shitt on for rising gas prices after Trump reluctantly hands over a shitt show of an economy.

IMHO it's not hypocritical at all. Whenever you see what appears to be a double standard (hypocrisy), it merely means there are greater standards behind this supposed double standard. It could be loyalty to Trump, loyalty to the GOP, hatred of Biden/liberals/democrats. Or maybe they just understand how markets work.
