OK. INTERSTATE transfer. But in 26 states, anyone with a gun can sell it to anyone else (obv not minors). No FFL needed. No background check. No paperwork.

As for weed: bad analogy. States go after people that break statute. The feds don't go after people for breaking a fed reg that statute allows them to break. If they did, every dispensary in the US would be closed in the blink of an eye.
-No they can't sell to anyone if anyone is prohibited from owning a firearm it's still a prohibited sale.
- intrastate sale is not required from what I confirmed HOWEVER that doesn't stop somebody from going through an FFL to complete the transfer.
- that still won't prevent crimes of violence.

It's actually a great example you carry picked the dispensaries as your argument.
Federal agencies have been ordered to stand down.
The state law doesn't "allow" anyone to break federal law. I know federal agents who have arrested people on federal charges in those "allowable" states.

You saying you completed an investigation for $xx,000 in fraud proves my point. It is both a federal and a state criminal violations to commit fraud but here you are talking about it.

The next question is, was your fraud case criminally prosecuted?

And my follow-up is the federal government declines and drops gun charges all the time and if it was so dmmn important they'd prosecute.
Hunter Biden intentionally breaking the law is a wonderful example. If it was that important to people like you and everyone else, you would be demanding his prosecution for violating firearm laws 🤷‍♂️ but you deflect.

so what? this is just a private sale and its the bullshit "gun show loophole" that the left is always crying about

90% of firearms used in crime are obtained illegally. More than half (56%) are either stolen (6%), or found at the scene of the crime.

7% are obtained off the street or from the underground market

most of he remaining 25% are obtained from a family member or friend or as a gift

so you really think ending private sales is going to put a dent in these shootings huh?
Should we start addressing knife possessions? The brits already banned most knives.

the next logical step. may as well start banning assault knives, hammers, and baseball bats now while they are at it

Assault hammers shoots from a
100 round drum.

You keep changing the goalpost. From no sales without background check, to no INTERSTATE sale, to no sale to a prohibited person. Regardless, citizen-to-citizen sales are allowed in 26 states. No background check required.

States absolutely allow people to break federal law. Weed is illegal under federal law as a Schedule 1, but states are LICENSING dispensaries. That means the state is allowing a federal law to be broken.

No, what I said about fraud contradicts your theory that nothing gets done about it. Something is always being done about it.
We do not handle our case criminally. We handle them through civil prosecution. We can do things in days or months versus years, and at a far lower cost.
The case I referenced will be paid back to the county within 7 months. A criminal prosecution alone would take up to three years, and result in a small fine and mandatory repayment.

I don’t deflect on demanding prosecution for firearms violations. What makes you think I do?
But the reality is that us citizens don’t get to decide who gets prosecuted for what. Hell, laws don’t even get made or changed based on popular decision. It’s all about who is on power. Roe v Wade is the current good example.

Funny how laws get changed when votes get closer.

"Hey, I will change that law if you vote for me" The morality of the bribe gets ignored all together.

Changing the goal post, laughable....
I was man enough, unlike you, to admit on a topic clarified that it was interstate vs intrastate.
Goal post of "Prohibited Person" isn't a "goal post" thats been a known constant, if you tried to quote law and were unware then thats on you, not me.
Prohibited Person is the law, regardless of state, but you should have already known that.

Just because the states have allowed it doesn't mean its not enforcable at a federal level. Like I said I know of federal arrests in these "allowable" states. I know guys itching to work those cases but the FBI, DOJ and ICE amoung others have been told to stand down.

So your civil case saw no real punishment, theres no bite to the bark. Maybe thats why I personally saw countless fraud cases in MN with nothing being done. I saw child ****, child **** in MN being passed over to get offenders "help" because its easier to liberal progressive to sweep these matters under the rug versus calling out the real criminals to be prosecuted. Hennepin is run by a bunch of progressives that seek to enable child ****** and criminals while patting themselves on the back for being "inclusive."

Heres' your deflection; A real man would have said, lets enforce the laws equitably and Hunter or not, he needs to be prosecuted for an obvious violation of federal law especially concerning the recent events and considering he's a threat to national security, which liberals only pretend to care about if it politically benefits them. Lets not mention the possible ISIS moles hired by some democrate senate members as assistants, or the OPM breach during the Obama administration that was a CCP party member was she was still assigned to IT w/ OPM. Good job liberals, keep up the inclusion.

Liberals support this sh$t as they are closeted pedos.

Who in their right mind takes children to an event that is based around seduction/tantalizing. I've danced previously as did some buddies and a lot of women I knew, and there was nothing "family friendly" about it. We were in t-backs but these clubs are sexually charged, its not any different than a topless bar. People are there to see sexiness, which is perfectly acceptable for adults. Any of the g-bars or straight strip clubs would have kicked people out and called the cops if they were bringing in kids.

Liberals want to sexualize kids.
Remember this:
U21 shouldn't be able to buy smokes
U21 shouldn't be able to buy alcohol
U21 shouldn't be able to buy guns and ammo
U18 shouldn't be responsible for student loans
But a 5 year old can determine their gender and discuss *** with adults😡

Alfred Kinsey and John William Money both sexually experimented on children and these two individuals created the cornerstone that modern liberals tout for their child sexualization.
Both of these authors are taught in school, theres be no removing of books or addressing the wickness of doing ************ studies in infants.

Reimer claimed that much of Money’s treatment involved the forced reenactment of ****** positions and motions with his brother. In some exercises, the brothers rehearsed missionary positions with thrusting motions, which Money justified as the rehearsal of healthy childhood ****** exploration. I

I was speaking to his claim about “no sales happen without background checks”, a claim that kept getting adjusted as new facts were introduced.
New laws happen and laws change all the time based on who is in power. Nothing new, and it doesn’t always match the will of the majority.

How old were you when you knew you liked girls?
