I was man enough, unlike you, to admit on a topic clarified that it was interstate vs intrastate.
Goal post of "Prohibited Person" isn't a "goal post" thats been a known constant, if you tried to quote law and were unware then thats on you, not me.
Prohibited Person is the law, regardless of state, but you should have already known that.

Just because the states have allowed it doesn't mean its not enforcable at a federal level. Like I said I know of federal arrests in these "allowable" states. I know guys itching to work those cases but the FBI, DOJ and ICE amoung others have been told to stand down.

So your civil case saw no real punishment, theres no bite to the bark. Maybe thats why I personally saw countless fraud cases in MN with nothing being done.
