So a vehicle ran over people that were in the street where only vehicles are supposed to travel? Are there no parks or other areas where parades can be held that don't put pedestrians on a public road made for vehicle travel? I'm confused.

The man has been arrested. They know his name. Darrell Edwards Brooks - Convicted criminal and *** offender. However, CNN will not mention if he is a Man, Woman or other. Won't mention his race but have defended "the person" a few times on the air. CNN is pathetic.

I don't watch CNN. There happened to be a CNN live feed in the video I was watching. They have defended him by making excuses for him already.
