That DA actually had one of his own witnesses accuse them of trying to get him to change his statement. His own witness said he was uncomfortable about that on the stand in court. Then he brought up the defendant’s right to remain silent and tried to use that against him in court, which every crackhead in the ghetto knows that’s unconstitutional. Even if the jury finds the defendant guilty, it’s a mistrial. How many of you are actually paying attention to the case and not getting your information off Facebook or MSM? That DA fvcked this case up in a big big way. He should lose his job honestly.

Normally I would agree, but they sure let a lot of crimes go during the BLM protests. Whites and minorities all got away with crimes they would’ve been shot for when there isn’t protests. The whole situation isn’t normal.

He’s obviously guilty of gun possession and being an idiot. It was still self defense though. If it were a black man, he may not get the same representation in court, but that won’t change by just convicting a white kid for murder out of spite.

And because federal disaster funds will subsidize insurance companies, they won’t get hurt at all. The businesses won’t get every penny they lost paid back. It’s still the businesses that get hurt. That didn't happen. There is video of it. Where did you hear that BS? One guy had a pistol that he fired at the kid, one guy was grabbing for his rifle and trying to take while threatening to kill him and the other guy was attacking with a skateboard.
