They had the AL 2500.1 and then the AL 3500.1 then the AL 5000.1. The last two were never in stock when that sale was going if they were they went quickly.

I definitely would’ve bought the 2500.1. I’m Really hating this Brazilian Timpano amp I have.

I know Taramps are CHEAP and Small foot print, but deff liking the specs of the CT amps.

Got my tropo xl today. FedEx pulled up as I was on my way to work. I did open it up and man, it is a really nice looking sub. I’ll post pics beside my lethal injection once I get off work.

Man.. That sub looks pretty nice!! I really like a Stitched sub.. Double at that. I may pick up a CT Sounds 2k amp. due to the price, and its on sale atm. Looks like Ill prob pick up one of the 12s of the TROPO XL to try out after looking at this one.Prob next week.Nice!! Let me know how it sounds.

I am curious to see if they are worth the less than $150 bucks for them. I doubt there are many subs that can be had at the price at this time for what they seem to be. We will see.

Right on man.. Im hoping that the enclosure I have will work for them. We will see. At the least ill get them moving. Worst case.. They will do fine in my workshop I am building..LOL

So the subs came in today. Shipped pretty safely and boxes were well in tact. Triple Boxed to be exact. Ill get a couple pics prob tomorrow. Look great for a low powered sub.Been a while since Ive messed around with smaller wattage subs. Should be pretty fun and exciting to see how well they do. I did do an Impulse buy also on a CT Sounds 2000.1d amplifier that Ill prob hook up and run these on and also try a PPI 1000.1d for a pair until I get moved and do a simple Enclosure with an Aero Port to keep all 4 in.PICS TOMORROW!!

Ive gotten the subs in.. They are all DVC 2 ohm as I wanted. Packed decently and no issues with any damage. Pretty decent looking and built pretty nice. I like Stitched subs.. I dont really know why..Just prefer them rather than Non-Stitched. Have an old enclosure Ill try them out in. Ill have to do a little cutting to get the terminals to clear the openings. If I remember .. Its a 2.4@ 35 htz. Its all I have laying around atm without building or buying another box and will build one correctly for all 4 later on this coming summer. Amp?? Not sure yet. Prob. try the PPI 1000.1d first and later the Nine.5 for now. Maybe throw a couple Old Schools at them @2ohms for fun after they loosen up a little
