Door speakers

Can someone help me out please? I have a 2007 suburban I installed 4 new door speakers prv 6.5 loudspeakers to be exact my mistake was installing them bare wire to the connector instead of with the proper spade connectors idk if that’s the problem but about a month in they started cutting out or all the sound would go to my drivers door and then the rest would cut on and off randomly or just distort all 4 speakers super bad wether the volume was high or low and now it’s still doing the same thing expect now my entire right side the sound is about half the loudness of my left side. The left side door speakers when they don’t distort or cut out sound loud how they’re supposed to and my right side sounds half of what those sound like I’m not running an amp to them yet but I would like to figure this out because that’s my plans for them

Sounds like you have a short in the speaker wire somewhere.

Could that be same the reason my right side door speakers are like half the loudness of my left side speakers?

That and look for loose connections. One reason why I solder all my door speaker connections.

Yes. Power is taking another route instead of the voicecoil.
