My point was that being stressed out will make any illness worse. My health problems don't come from mental health issues. I know you want it to be that way, so you can try to discredit my words by claiming I'm mentally ill, but that's just not the case. I said that to encourage people to be calm in any situation; that's how you make better life choices, by not living in fear.
