We'll use the words in a different context "The only thing you can eat for lunch is peanut butter, which will likely give you a gut ache.".

It's a compound sentence. "The ONLY thing" is a declarative statement regarding what you can eat. THE ONLY THING is peanut butter. NOTHING ELSE. The gut ache is a possible outcome of the peanut butter. If you get a gut ache, it cannot be from jelly, becasue PB is the only thing you could eat.

Your statement is that there is only one thing a vaccine will do. That ONLY thing is that it MIGHT ("will likely") ease your mind. It will do nothing else because you stated the POSSIBILITY of easing your mind is the ONLY thing it will do. If that is the ONLY thing it can do, there is nothing else it CAN do.

It’s hard to admit that one is a totalitarian, because that’s the only way little totalitarians can get away with being totalitarian- by pretending they aren’t what they are. People who avoid directly answering questions are usually “respect my authority” type of people.

Because that’s what COVID rules are all about- “follow the science” means “don’t question authority”, it seems.

Based on your posts, I think processed food is the LAST thing you need to worry about. Mental illness that causes you to bleed out your butt is a far bigger issue to deal with.
