I hope you were being sarcastic but I can understand if you were not as most Americans don't really know much about Canada
We only gained our independence from England in 1982 but we are still considered part of the British Commonwealth
This is why Megan and Harry tried to come here first but we refused to foot the bill for their security so the moved to the place where all famous people go
When I was in my teens I was an vacation in Virginia Beach and met these girls from Boston and they no word of a lie thought that Canada was like the arctic. That we had snow all year long we were more like a 3rd world country. Boston is not that far away.
It's like civilization as we know it stops at Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Detroit, etc.
I can name all the states and most of the capitals, can anyone name all the provinces without the help of google
No way in hell we can name all territories and their capitals. I know Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta because I’ve been to them. Outside of that there is Manitoba, Northwest Territories, British Colombia, Saskatchewan , and it’s either Newfoundland or New Brunswick. Then there’s others north of Hudson Bay and is Yukon a territory as well?

I can name 30 Canadian cities mostly ties to nhl or ski towns.

My best friend moved to Vancouver after he was deported from the US for having a job. Not even kidding. He was here on a school visa from Kazakhstan and didn’t want his sponsors paying for everything, so he got a minimum wage job. Hardest working guy I ever knew. Full time job, full time school and a really good boxer in his free time, but America didn’t want him apparently. If they can’t enslave your vote with the welfare system, you’re not the immigrant they’re looking for.....

I have to say well done
You did way better than most people do

I live about 40 mins outside of downtown Vancouver
It's a great place to live
Ski in the morning, golf in the afternoon
My parent have a place in Palm Springs which is close to Arizona weather or so I have been told.
I like the heat but I don't know if I could handle the 100+ in the summer
I guess you get used to it like everything else

I’m originally from Colorado, so I’m not liking the heat much either. It’s already over 100.

I'll start worrying about province names when y'all get your police off those silly horses so I can take your frozen tundra of a country seriously.

And whats up with the eastern part being all arrogant and French? Roll them over into a proper English culture.

Well I actually enjoy Canada very much! Growing up I spend summers in the fingers lakes (upstate NY) so Darian Lake, Niagra Falls, and Marineland were annual destinations.

We also lived in Saratoga Springs NY (north of Albany) so were 3 hours away from Montreal and 3 hours away from NYC. Needless to say in the 2 years we lived there we went to Montreal 6 times and NYC once.

I'd even consider moving to a place like Calgary but I need to do more research on COL, tax structure, immigration process, and job market.

I think it’s hilarious/worrisome that the Queen has so much influence. That empire has a hand in like all of the cookie jars, it seems. One little tiny island and your currency has that Queen on it, and Canada is large.
