Hey guys, bought a new head unit. Its a KMM BT328U, just an entry level media deck. It has 2.5v pre outs. Should I return it and get some thing with 4v? Im just going for a decent little setup with good bass, not a comp setup. Thanks

I'd just set your levels right, make sure the sub level on the deck is maxed to get all the signal you can then set amp levels. I'd do it with the bass knob centered so you got some boost and cut for different music.

Higher preamp voltage is to reduce noise, but you generally don't get noise on the subwoofer channel.

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
