Lead acid under the hood AGM in the trunk

what's up everyone looking for a little insight please.

I've been running the standard battery under the hood and an agm in the trunk for years. no issues just wondering if there's pros and cons to running it this way vs if I switched the battery under the hood to an agm as well

I would think there would be no cons to using an AGM in the hood besides $$$ and weight...

They have very slight difference in resting voltage but are fine being together.

moving forward if I ever invested into lithium would it be the same concept?

Depends on the lithium you choose. Lifepo4 like Headway cells and the XS Power Titans can be ran with AGMs others can not.

the best way doesn't seem optimal for car audio, and the better way sounds complicated. lol
