That Breonna Taylor Shit Was Fugked Up?

You are saying my claims are wrong but you have no proof of what you are claiming.

This is my proof...

Right, from Yumpu.com which is just word of mouth from this guy https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Brandon_Tatum who has about as much credibility as a random reddit troll. Gonna hit x to doubt on that one. Got any real news sources?

I guess you trust grifters more than usatoday since you don't see any proof in my posts.

Wouldn't that be the conservative hang-up? Every single person murdered by police gets their records combed through like they murdered a coked out mel gibson's whole family. You're now saying that since the minions didn't find anything it's still conclusive that she's a bad person based on basically nothing lol... bad enough to not care she's dead no less. I think everyone meets that criteria for you if you don't like their death's coverage.

Meh. While you bring a valid point about "knowing who they are shooting at" because they "have all that training", There were 20 shots fired. 14 missed their target. Shitty accuracy percentage if you ask me.

I have had cops gun literally 2" from my face, after surprising the cop nonetheless, and wasn't shot. I have been at gunpoint by two cops, ordered on my knees and to the ground, and not shot because I did nothing but comply. Had I not complied, I have no doubt I would be dead now. But complying is what is taught in all civilized households to their children. Comply. Don't talk back. Do as you're told. Show respect. And doing these things, ALL of these things, guess what happened? That is correct. I did NOT get shot. I had my days (separate occasions) in court as is afforded to us all by the constitution. Ms. Taylor was shot for the simple fact of the company she kept. Truth *****, but makes it no less true. Never in her widest dreams, did she think she would die from the cops shooting her, in her home. Had she NOT gone out with the drug dealer, she would be alive today. I was always taught that you are judged by the friends you keep. And it is true now as it was then. She shouldn't have been killed. But the cops shouldn't have been shot, either.

No matter how anyone looks at it, can't change the fact that this terrible tragedy is anything more, than a horrific ACCIDENT.
While I agree with this sentiment, it's pretty clear that not announcing is pretty unreasonable. They claim they did announce, that's disputed. So for argument's sake, if they didn't, then shouldn't they have been fired upon? They were in street clothes, didn't announce, knocked like maniacs, but were that me I'd shoot also. That screams home invasion to me. So many things went wrong in this that the police should really just apologize, pay out, and move on. Instead they obfuscated the investigation, made horrible plea offers to her boyfriend, and the prosecution ignored a dozen witnesses for the one that said what they wanted to hear. If the company you kept was an indication of someone's worth and right to life then we wouldn't have so many right wing terrorists running free of that label.

Walker said it himself that they knocked on the door... Watch the video, watch his response and demeanor. He is lying. He knew it was the police. I deliver pizza for a living and I knock hard, just as it was stated that these cops did, and 9 times out of 10 if I am delivering to a family of color they either open the door and complain that they thought it was the police or ask why I am knocking like the damn police. The "dispute" can stop. Walker said they knocked. In another article Walker said that they heard them knocking but did hear them say it was the police. Just because they didn't hear them say it doesn't mean they didn't say it. My door is thin and when my sister knocks and I ask who it is, I can BARELY hear her.

"
Walker told King that he and Taylor asked "several times" who was at the apartment door when police knocked.

"And there was no response. So the next thing I know the door is flying open," Walker said.

What a stupid response... I guess everyone needs to know the police code knock because they can't use their words. Oh but you're sure they did use their words because....? Right, because your sister's voice can't make it through a door. Maybe they should bring a loudspeaker if they've got dainty voices assuming they don't want to get lit up.

It's been politicized to the point that just listing actual facts is political. If you only ever want to talk about individuals and not the groups they're a part of (because oh no, it might be construed as political) then have fun juggling all of the negative forces in our society by name.

Hey, no need to give me shit. I knock on doors loud and it's only the black people that ask me why the phuck am I knocking like the god damn police. Explain that. That is black people associating a loud knock with the police. Why the hell black people always scared the police are coming to their door???? How about they open the god damn door and see who it is? Why is the first response to someone at their door a violent one "let me get my gun"? There were two of them, they could have looked out the damn sliding glass doors at the front of their apartment. They knew it was the cops.

The first accounts from neighbors is that they heard the cops announce themselves... then later they said they didn't. Most likely after they found out she died then it's follow the leader and blue man bad.

If I were black I'd be scared of the police too, self preservation these days. Flossy Carter on Youtube has a good video about the police that I think would really resonate with you in particular since it just reinforces all of the things that you've already said on other posts except that he's lived it.

I don't think you understand how cops operate if you think their lights are on. At the bank I worked at when there was a false alarm you'd never know the cops were coming until they were at the door or called saying they've got the place surrounded. When they're the aggressors for a warrant in the middle of the night I'd say it's a fair assumption they're not rolling up with lights and sirens on, but the people they're after have to be all-knowing when woken up in the middle of the night, whereas the cops can be total morons in the situation with no criticism from Thxone lol. Announce, it's not rocket science... use a loud speaker if that door "lookin a little thick." Maybe they should hire cops with above average intelligence instead of "somewhere in the middle" and someone would have churned that thought out there.

First account(s), plural? Lemme see that source bruh. They only had one witness to that effect.

So when criminals commit crimes they break the law. There are consequences or "penalties" for breaking the law. Criminals want to get away with the crimes they commit so they often flee to avoid capture if those who uphold the law find out who they are. Those who would capture these law breakers know they flee more often than not. To increase the odds of capturing these criminals, police will often serve warrants in the early predawn hours or times people would normally be sleeping to catch them off guard. They will usually announce just before they are on top of you.

Perhaps it would be easier to contact all the people who commit crimes and ask them to turn themselves in and just take them at their word that they will voluntarily go to jail. Perhaps ignorant criminals will stop thinking they can do whatever the hell they want whenever they want to whomever they want. Perhaps if they stop being scumbag pieces of shit then cops won't have to go looking for them huh? Yeah, I am sure your way is the right way. Let's blame the cops for criminals being ignorant, low life, scumbag *** suckers.

Calling them before they head out is a little different than saying "this is the police" seconds before they break the door down. False equivalencies don't help anyone. Also they weren't after Taylor or her boyfriend despite most people here not knowing how to read a warrant. The part you're missing is that needless deaths and injustice should also be on a cop's radar, but the concern wasn't there for this one. You can't excuse recklessness for the intended result any more than you can excuse a truck driver for running reds to get to their destination faster.

My opinion is they (criminals) don't need ANY warning that they are about to be arrested. THEY ARE ******* CRIMINALS!! Again, if you don't want to be in the mix with criminals or become collateral damage, then use your brain, if you have one and don't let these idiots be a part of your lives. It is HER fault for dating a criminal. She knew what he was and so did Mr. Walker but he also put himself in the mix. At one point he said he thought it was her ex... he grabbed his gun. See the mentality? Not lets get a restraining order, not let's call the police... Let me get my gun. Her family got free money, I am sure we can let it go now.

I have done a s*** ton of illegal stuff and not got caught I do not have a criminal record but that damn sure doesn't mean I was an angel Believe me. Again they had audio evidence, I was smart enough to get out of the game so now I don't have cops coming in my house.

Where is the audio that you speak of? The jailhouse phone calls have already been debunked. So, what is the link to this audio proof? I'll be waiting.
