I mean, you're focusing on all of the things related to the protest except the actual protest and the death of George, so count me as doubtful. Black lives matter.

Next time a black person is released from jail for murdering another black person, rehabilitate them in your home because "black lives matter."

All lives matter man, nobody is saying anything different on here. But, revoking qualified immunity isn't going to change shit. Just like the severe penalties for committing serious crimes hasn't stopped criminals from committing them. Hopefully, cops will be forced to wear body cameras and be held more accountable for excessive force on any race of people.

Do you even know how qualified immunity works? Have you read the code and the interpretation via case law?

Revoking qualified immunity will make a huge difference.

Well first, friend, we have to get ignorant people to STOP BREAKING THE LAW!!!
I will say it again, it is sad that we have to babysit all these criminals.
I am not a government official. They are elected to make these decisions, create these laws for us for the greater good of ALL citizens. When you have people constantly violating the law with no regard for other citizens then there will be tension for everyone. What we don't need is a bunch of ******* coddling these criminals because the interactions with them may get rough. Police should have some immunity as it is necessary to do their job. Use your common sense.

Most crimes are committed by what race? That is not racial profiling, those are statistics.
Inner city crimes are more common. Most inner city residence are what color? This too is not racial profiling, these are statistics.
Describing a suspect and including skin color is not racial profiling, this is called a description of a suspect.

I never once mentioned 1966. The wild west was between the 1860's and 1890's.

Immunity within reason. As it stands, it's far too broad. LEO shouldn't be able to violate your rights knowingly, claim qualified immunity because of their complacency, and then have the town pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to settle a lawsuit.
